How do u return a new gun that was never picked up after ordered?

Hy , y'm french , and my firts rifle , (y have handgun before) , whas a russian sks from tula , 1954 . A real cool gun , pretty fun , not bad accuracy in fact ... Probably finish with an angle grinder and an axe ... You see what y mean ? But , it's a hell of a gun !!!! Y miss it ... I have sell it when y can buy an ak and an ar , and some other stuf ... But ... Y think i will buy one again soon ... It's a very cool gun .

CZ customer service sucks. I needed a magazine screw from CZ-USA for the P10M. They sent me a stripped screw. They said it's discontinued, roger that but send me a screw. No BS, they said no more screws in the factory. Emailed CZ in the EU and they said CZ-USA has screws. When I called CZ-USA they had blocked my phone number. Not Sh*t they blocked it. CZ sucks do not buy, buyer beware!
