Doubt! How are you applying Virtual Ground concept in Q2 and Q3 when Vi is given to non inverting terminal? In your video about basic opamp sums you said that feedback should be negative and in Q2 and Q3 feedback is positive.

For the circuit at the start of the video, you do NOT need the 3v battery (or the 5k resistor)! Just replace the battery and 5k resistor with a two-resistor voltage divider!! THE NEAT TRICK: the voltage divider has to put out 3v with the parallel resistance of the divider being 5k!! --dALe
