I am doing zoom scheduling. But for some reason when it’s about time to start a session it says “waiting for host to start session but I am the host it’s super confusing

Wondering if there's something that will allow clients to choose a date on the calendar (like they can with honeybook) but go ahead and pay without me having to physically send them an invoice? (even simply sending an invoice in honeybook is a 2+ step process) I know there are use cases for moving the client along through the sales funnel process but a lot of times there are clients who are just ready to book... for example I have a photography studio so some clients just want to book the studio and choose a package... or go ahead and book me for photography and choose a package... without us having to play email tag back and forth.

Good info. Basic Question: Since I've never used any media delivery service (like CloudSpot) how do you receive payment from the clients ... does CloudSpot accept credit cards, GPay, Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, etc.? Once your client pays to order/download digital media, how long does it take you to see your payment show up (and where does it show up ... your bank, etc?0? Also, does CloudSpot allow video uploads? My interest (at this time) is in DIGITAL media delivery ... photos and videos of real estate. However, once I get enough "great" photos it makes sense to offer "special" prints at times, as an upsell. AND ... I don't want to be a bill collector, so having a reliable "client-pay-then-they-can-download" is what I want. Thanks, Chuck (NE Florida)

Do you know if there's a way to automatically send an email once they choose a time on your schedule? For instance, when someone books a boudoir session with me, they get the confirmation email about the session but I'd also like them to get a questionnaire and contract automatically sent to them. I can't figure out how to do this. Thanks!
