Stumbled across this video in my recommended - I'm by no means an expert at creating youtube channels but I have monetized several channels over the course of 10+ years on youtube and I have learned a few things that might be helpful. First off you're focusing too much on the short term with your longform videos; a lot of if not the majority of views come weeks, months, even years later - on some channels I have videos that had 20-30 views until 5+ years later when they got picked back up by the algorithm and got thousands of views. Secondly on your longform videos you need to focus more on the thumbnails, making a good intro hook to the video (promise something later in the video). Another good tip is for the longform videos when you're a smaller channel its best to shoot for things that people search for - and include that in your title, description, and tags. Love the idea you have with this type of content sharing youtube analytics never really seen anyone try this live as an update video. Intros KILL retention never use them for your videos- nobody wants to see your channel logo for 20 seconds DO NOT rely SOLELY ON AI - youtube's algo is geared towards downvoting it - only use it for helping make thumbnails/for ideas. Hope you find this helpful - its a lot of stuff I wish I knew when I first started. You've earned a new viewer looking forward to seeing where you go with this!

man, trainee are anxious becaus eits an explosive , also they're worried about the 5-8 second gap . if you throw grenade further than that 5-8 second far it would defeated the purposed of the grenade, it would blow up on air .

I think nerves come into play at times as well. People who know how to do something, might just struggle to do that same thing in a new situation that they are also nervous in.

Theres a moment working construction that will always be glued in my memory. We were digging a trench and i was bullshitting my way through there, my boss comes up to me sees my shitty hole and asks "ur dad never taught u how to use a shovel?" And i shit u not, i started to tear up bc he never did. I barely knew him. Moral is, u dont know someones situation, dont be afraid to be someones first teacher.

At 13 was asked to clear a house every couple hours. 19 did time for home invasion...turned my life around. But when i say i was made for the military.. Have no problem with my toss 😂 my attitude yes.... Fyi-Never did join, they wouldnt accept me...maybe it was for a good reason.

In our elementary school sports we had disciplines besides running rope climbing pole climbing and bars also a grenaded throw. Its wasn't a grenade throw it was a rubber egg with hexagon button on top but that's what it was called and we threw between 20m-50m. Well there was me who through -5m :-D
