Every time ive tried to show friends this game, they struggle so much with the mechanics, and most end up abandoning it at the tutorial. Its been really deflating especially since the game is realy easy for me and was easy and very intuitive the moment i first played it

The woman talking to the Black Hand operatives is likely a retconned Gabriela Morales, the secondary antagonist in JC4. Shame that so much of JC3's story was retconned in JC4- the plot point of Rico avenging his fallen parents by taking back Medici was completely thrown in the trash because of it.

This looks pretty good! For 1998 especially, the engine seems to be on par with Quake and Mario 64.... it obviously must have needed a 3dfx or something to run it at over 24 fps i would think. I couldn't run Tombraider without a 3DFX voodoo 1 ultra

Something I’ve noticed is that you can always instruct your engineers and commanders to Assist any launchers with building their missiles. I had an army of 30 engineers on a Nuke Silo and those guys could crank the missiles out nearly as fast as I could fire. Also, reactors lead to mass fabs lead to fun.
