How to make crab imperial using crab claws. ingredients in description below
This is a great appetizer served with toast or a light lunch that can be served with a side salad.
Ingredients:
1 cup Crab claws or lump crab (1/2 lb)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise (I used homemade: th-cam.com/video/dp9fJ4EoNGQ/w-d-xo.html)
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp Kosher salt (use 1/4 tsp if using sea salt)
1 Tbsp chopped Parsley
1 lemon (a squeeze of juice into the crab mix then more to serve on the side)
1 large Egg
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1 Tbsp cold butter, thinly sliced (used to top the crackers)
Baked at 180C/350F for 20-25 minutes

      What town is that? I loved the part in Tucci's episode where the woman told of her father giving Artusi's book to his wife when they married so she would know how to cook all the wonderful recipes correctly.
