Compliments to the owners a beautiful house and garden ...

Beautiful location so I can see why it is so pricey, too much for me and the garden is too up and down, different levels which wouldn't suit me.

Can’t afford it sadly. A tad over budget for me but no garage a problem. The toilet effectively in the corner of the dining room another problem. I’m assuming it’s been valued with those issues taken into consideration but although I’m looking for somewhere around Dartmouth this is not good for me. I’m sure it will sell quickly though because not everyone is bothered by those things and the location looks lovely.

It's a bit odd but those views are outstanding.

Love the plot it’s bedrooms could be larger needs some money thrown at it and extending then it would be superb it’s got a lot going for it position wise how much would you have to spend no idea as I’m in oz but I’d guess £75g

Lovely and quirky little cottage. It makes me homesick actually. I used to live in Chagford on the Moors until I married a Canadian. Sometimes I really miss Devon. I live in the western Canadian province of Alberta now and it is very, very different from England.

how easy it getting in and out that garage? looks rather hard to reverse a car in no?

The inside has just about everything you could possibly want & the gardens are great with wonderful views everywhere. Just a sadly plain house on the outside lacking any charm or character that's my only complaint, but I think things could be done to improve that stark modern feeling - it is so 'blah' for I'm sure a very hefty price considering how much there is that's positive ! I would buy it & then set about making it far more interesting by changing that 1980's plain outside !

The finishing touches on the home are lovely. They have taken great care of their home. Plenty of room for a large family. Garden was lovely for morning coffee. You can hear the the gulls in the distance.

Nice home but too many stairs.

Love the new feel of everything. Decorsting that was done is very tasteful. The garage is a plus. Short walk to the water. I like this place. Great place to stay for a vacation.

I really like the open concept of this house. The house was remodeled nicely. It was very welcoming when you walked in the door.

To dark downstairs, it's like living in a cave. People walk by and look in your home. Upstairs is much better and brighter. Garden is ok but neighbors are close and noisy.

Beautiful home and the views are stunning. Where it's built is a problem for me. Would never feel sure footed.

It's definitely very beautiful - the only thing that bothers me is the idea of the house being built right on the steep hillside - I would find myself getting nervous about how stable the hill is. Altho I know the British building regs are very stringent so not at all likely to be a dangerous building site, maybe I've just seen too many 'disaster' videos lately ? The views are incredible ! The blue/white theme inside the house is right up my alley - love it ! I'm sure there's a really good sea breeze at that high level too - you could have such a wonderful life living there - sheer delight !

That tree blocking the view needs to go! I wonder if its part of the property?

I love love love the utility room! Having a sink along with the washer and dryer, you can pre-treat clothes for stains before they're washed. The only thing I actively dislike is the back garden. Personally I would pull out all of the pavement, and have lawn, fruit trees, and some beds for flowers, vegetables,, and herbs.
