I have done research and joined Mexican Relocation Guide. The amount required for permanent residency is close to $300k in Florida! The cheapest are: Raleigh, North Carolina; McAllen, Texas; San Francisco, CA. I am writing to share this because people in most states applying require closer to $275-295k. And I have heard mixed info on whether a resident of a certain U.S. state can apply to another state's Mexican consulate.

Mexico is not just a destination but an everlasting adventure that will grow on you.

What happen if your in a house where the trust has expired. You have been paying yearly trust. Can you claim right of possession on property. The bank is aware your in the house.
