I always do a frame connector on both 2T and 4T heavy builds. Makes a huge difference in stability of a scooter. When doing 60mph on 10" or 12" tires every little bit helps keep you confident if you gotta wiggle through traffic or curves.

Hey Braddah just wondering how fast is a gy6 80cc bore and piston with a stock 69mm head ported exhaust and intake also the muffler. I did 46mph on flat but, took me a lil bit to hit that speed. Also when I hit the throttle hard and fast it bogs out but don’t die out. When I come to a light I may sometimes want to die out. Lmk bro to me your one of the best you tubers doing mopeds. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽keep up the good work🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Hey, im currently doing a max qmb139 (50cc gy6) build, i already have most of the cvt Polini but its lacking power, how much hp do you think i could squeeze out of it on 85/90cc?

If you don’t mind me asking, why not run a nibbi pwk carb with their cone air intake kit? I ran my small bottle nitrous kit directly into a nozzle I drilled into the S pipe they give right at the bend and got a pretty solid boost response from it

It doesnt make sense to do such a job, if you can get the right 72cc better head in the store. 50cc and 63cc doesnt require that kind of `tuning`. And such a head doesnt seems to work on everything lower then 72cc.. Because then you loosing compression due to much room in the fuel and exhause channel. I already did ever installed a 72cc head (saying it was for 50cc) on a 50cc cilinder... Then the engine didnt suck fuel on, so didnt want to start or idle. When replacing with a known good stock head, the engine was running again. So opening up (of make bigger channels isnt always the best to do)

Ok thats a bit too much.. You WIN 😁 Question are chinese gy6 cylinder and heads make that much of a difference compare to NCY and Taiwan's without comparing valves and valves springs. Seems like pistons are pistons and forge pistons are forged pistons. Thanks

I have not put clay in a head and torqued it yet, but there appears to be quite a bit of head space. Do you know if you can shave the head .010 and still have valve clearances? Also, how did you deal with cam timing on the shorter mill on the head? Or do you just let it retard valve timing? Thanks for the great videos
