Just found your channel, thanks for the reveal! Exhausting cards seems like such an interesting mechanic - basically a "soft sabotage." Lord Kelvin may hurt to play as four cost, but pretty beefy stats... and if you can discount it with a support ability, I feel like there is a lot of value there.

I think this is an over reaction to a card too early in the game's life cycle. I think they should have waited until after they released another couple of sets to see how the overall game play evolved before trashing this card into oblivion.

Shield system is simply rng trash, because game is too simple they have to use this rng shit. And fanboy compare this shield to MTG rng land where even RNG as land, it is miles miles better. Shield problem: You have 0 control over it - Too rng, it takes directly 6 cards from your deck randomly which mean you dont know and cant play any 1 copy because it might end up in the shield - If you trigger a shield effect like burst, it will completely change the stage like there is bounce effect, Ramp effect, create token etc. Because damage is persistent, so if you calculated everything to attack and kill opponent unit or shield. Only for them to burst a shield trigger to create token or bounce effect and stop you from ending the game what could already a won game Simplify or no interaction is a trash mechanic in game, while Interaction like MTG is king. In this game you can't even use Instant cards during opp summon a Gundam and only during combat which mean bounce effect that specificly only bounce unit if req like less than 3hp is completely trash because they cant respond to opp playing Pilot to pair with Gundam. Why are you doing this, if you are only playing action during combat, why making alot of high cost effect that are freaking useless.

Whenever I play this hero, I often forget that Maw as a token character is a character itself and so it can fulfill conditions for other character cards that require a sacrifice to be played without those cards sacrificing themselves (which of course would be counter productive). Even Baba's Isba can sacrifice Maw to get "After You" and likewise Gift of Self to draw cards. Of course the second player extra mana cost to invoke Maw puts a damper on this strategy every other turn.

I agree that too much reliance on synergies (plant or otherwise) may not be effective in a one box brew. I would choose the lowest cost Muna cards among characters and spells and hope for the best. The nature of alternating turns in Altered means that a one or two mana card can work as an "after you" which can allow you to react more effectively and steal an expedition when your opponent has exhausted their own mana.

15:27, try to off you go the jean d'arc to trigger her ability since both expeditions were forfeit. Would make the next day much easier.
