I looked up the specs and all I can find is max headphone output is 77 mW @ 16 Ohm, and since it only has a 3.5mm jack I am not sure exactly, I have hearing damage so audio output quality isn't something I have really got in to since it all kinda the same to me, sorry but hope this helped some

The main thing the wave is for is to turn the XLR signal into a USB signal so the computer can use it, there may be other adapters out there but I am not sure about those.

@@RaiderDread-TV haha yeah the grav gun was sooo fun to play with! grabbing explosive barrels and hurl them at the enemies to watch them fly :D The ONLY thing I have to complain about was that Steam was required. I just had an old 56k modem at the time. It took like a whole day to dl. and when I'm at about 95% it crashes... the next time the same.... My uncle had broadband so I took my computer there and got it finally running after days troubleshooting... but man it was worth the hassle! I think I was about 15 and I remember how hot Alyx was ^^ Sorry for the wall of text :P

I was trying to use that in the buildings and it seemed like it just wasn't working honestly, but it's a small compared to the all the good this game has in it, I can't wait to get some time to play episode 1 and 2

Exactly. Helldivers will always have a fan base. But if they want to get a larger player base they need to make other weapons more powerful and release new updates and content.

@@EverlastingLife_Band Personally I don't think anything in the game needs to be more powerful than it already is. The game isn't a vertical progression system like an MMORPG, it's a horizontal progression system. We are regular people fighting giant bugs and robots. We just happen to have a giant military budget to throw away. Guns/strats aren't an increase in power, they're an increase in situational efficiency. The game's weapons aren't a one-size-fits-all system because that's how it's designed to be, ie cooperative. You take the things that are best for the situation and helping the squad finish the mission. Too many people get mad when arrowhead releases stuff, and that stuff doesn't allow players to brainlessly one-shot the entire game. You aren't supposed to be able to face roll everything.

@@zeke3672 I should have worded it differently. What I meant is they need to scale other weapons so players have larger build variety on higher difficulties. There’s clearly a meta in the game and it limits the options players have if they want to be affective

I have played through Opposing Force and Blue Shift as well as HL2 but I did it on stream so I am planning on replaying them along with Black Mesa. I am planning on doing a HL2 review in the near future and maybe a lore video if I can wrap my head around it enough lol , Thanks for the kind words

You should be able to use it as a audio mixer with different channels if you are not using a mic. Might be worth looking up a software only solution for audio mixing, since the wave is expensive if you are not hooking up a mic. The only reason I got it was that I needed a converter for XLR to the PC so there may be better options out there for your specfic use case

if it's a usb-c mic then the xlr cable won't transfer the sound the right way, I havent tried this but I *think* if you plug the mic into the pc you can go into the mixer assignments for the sources like with the game sounds or discord/browser ect. and select the mic as to sound source for a aux channel through the software. if the pc isn't picking the mic up try unplugging the wave and plugging in the mic first launching the software then plugging the wave in after. Hope this helps some

@@RaiderDread-TV thanks for the response I tried it and no sound is coming through but plugging the mic first worked but the wave xlr didn’t work properly after, tried restarting my pic but it just reset its self back so the mic didn’t work. is there any mic you could suggest or should I just not use the wave xlr until I find a better way to fix this issue

@@FlareTheNon using a microphone with a xlr out put should be the easiest thing, I found one from the brand you use on amazon. Search for 'FIFINE XLR/USB Dynamic Microphone for Podcast Recording ', that should just be plug in play with a xlr cable. if you wanted to get fancy Shure makes a bunch of quality options as well but they can be pricey depending on your budget, I am using a Shure MV7X with XLR only output since it's about $100 cheaper than then usb/xlr combo output just for reference.
