Some games I will say are good for permadeath but I think permadeath games are fun even if you put a lot of time into a slot you can always get it back it encourages to close the skill gap that’s why I like permadeath and many people get into them it’s not fun but sometimes it is deepwoken you barely wipe unless your a beginner it requires you to use your brain I like permadeath cause it brings a risk factor and that’s why most people do as well

I had such high hopes for this game and the tutorial was fire but the real game is kinda ass, I grinded to max level, got the best accessories, best weapon, changed my stat build until I found what I believed to be the best for what I am going for, and after that: 0 content, when leveling in a roblox anime game I typically expect it to be boring and like a bandit beater but worth it with good content when your max/high level and they added 3 different ways of leveling that was extremely repetitive which might have well be kill bandit 1, 2, or 3 but I still grinded hoping it would be worth it and spoiler alert: it wasn’t. The only thing other than doing ranked PvP is grind out accessories I won’t use cuz I already have the best ones for stats and my drip is absolutely 🔥 (while sinner set + perception blocking mask and vengeance sword) but yea other then get accessories I won’t use and grind the same boss 100 times or the same investigation 30 times to get some accessory with fucked rng THERE IS NOTHING TO DO

What's especially egregious is that these devs are very good devs. They are extremely talented. They made titan warfare, an extremely well made, borderline perfect pvp game based on attack on titan. Everything about that game screamed quality and passion. But the game was hard. It took skill. It defied the trends of roblox anime games. It failed because it was too good for the audience that it was made for. Squandering talent to make this schlock is more insulting than just making a bad game because youre a bad dev.

i can explain the innate spinning part, when you spin stuff in a video game you aren’t spinning from the entire pool of loot, you are spinning from an already smaller prespinned collection the game rolled onto, thats why you still see so many special grades pass by its because the game has already predetermined what you got and is just scrolling through the 10 or so items that ended up in your chance pool if this makes any sense, computers have a hell of a time with chance and luck based systems so devs program the game to break it down further
