If you use the middle brance you can reach around 80-85% speed easy but cap is 70%🤔

Jes, actually very simple due rogue only have few Pve skills. Frenzy 4/4, Exter 4/4, Stealth 5/5, Merciless 5/5, Dodge 3/5, Posion 4/4 but Sinister 4/4 works well too or Blade

i use middle talent brance where you get 55% chance for x2 dmg but its a useless talent

Yes still weak the 2nd branch talent should be include double dmg on crits not just only non-critical atk. Atleast it has dmg in pve 1 and 3 talent branch need rework too. And rogue don't have any permanent dmg , Rogue just relying on stealth and veil for dmg

Thats different here example when you play raids in eu you are like a ant in an massive area, here in pearl everyone is needed to win, we have mermen fights 30-70 everytime around you can check my last videos how we manage to fight there and books are very rare in sea pearl but cheaper in eu etc. you have free sign weekly etc... one guy plays 6months is +8 lv30/32 gears without paying
