I started this channel as a place to post videos from my band Valvetrain but have expanded it to include outside interests such as Motorcycling and I might include other general life stuff as I go on, depending on the interest and my motivation and free time :)

Hi Mark, this road is the answer to my last question... 👍🍻
nice run man and I like the views off the cam from up your way.
Thanks, mate :)
@@MarkZX14R Hi Mark, was that from the D'agular Pub towards Dayboro ? Kind Regards.
@@colinm1325 Yes it was :)
Nice run on the bike by the looks
Keen to ride these roads with you zx brother🏍
I was up there last Saturday on the R1. It shocked me to see how bad the roads have gotten in places. The hour plus to get there from Redlands just doesn't seem worth it anymore..
Yeah, I was surprised at how bad it was. I am in the Redlands too... these days I often go south :)

Great, another music video. Who needs to hear the motorcycle anyway. Thumbs down for the numpty.
No one is forcing you to watch them mate. Feel free to unsubscribe and scroll on.
@@MarkZX14R I did 'scroll on' quickly through the video and decided to leave you some helpful feedback (great bike, and video footage, shame about the soundtrack), so you'd know why I (and others) didn't subscribe.
@@pachma405 I wasn't going to reply but then I thought about it and felt you deserve an explanation at the very least. 1. I do have a video without music and all you can hear is wind noise. 2. I am not a traditional "TH-camr" and therefore make these videos for fun and have no intention of spending the kind of money I would need, to get clear engine sounds so the music is better than listening to the horrible overbearing wind noise that drowns out the engine sound anyway. 3. I am a musician (and for the record none of the music featured is mine) and therefore I like the idea of supporting my fellow musicians by including music in the videos, as they will get a portion of anything that comes from making these. 4. (Not really 4 but an addition) I make these videos for myself and anyone who might like to look at them. I think of them as "home videos" and I am not interested in getting more people watching or subscribing or whatever you call it. If people like it that's cool, if not I am not too bothered. Motorcycling is my hobby and the videos are just a fun way to capture something I enjoy. So while I appreciate your feedback, I am going to keep doing what I do, and I hope you find what you are looking for in other places. Life is for living and I wish you all the best finding what makes you smile :)
@@MarkZX14R I don't 'deserve' an explanation at the very least, you have no obligation to me, but thanks for taking the trouble to explain. I hadn't thought about the wind noise, I guess you have the gopro attached to your helmet. Thumbs up for the reply, sorry for calling you a numpty, that one backfired on me didn't it.
👌👍
Awesome ride brother🤘🏍
Loose the music. I would rather hear the bike!
Looked like a relaxing ride
It was, good roads in that area too :)
Awesome man thanks for the new video :)
Thanks for the comment :)
Not a bad run apart from the rain man and cool tunes too.
Thanks :)
AWESOMEBRO THANKS
Thanks :)
Well you have a couple of candidates for the Darwin award, unbelievably reckless
What tyre is that on the rear man? I don't recognise the tread pattern?? I have been through Toowoomba and crows nest a few time over my years its not a bat location up that way.
Its a Michellin Pilot Road 6, they are great, country roads in Queensland are not so great lol :)
Yeah right I always just use the same rubber as it came out with from new on my ZX14... yeah roads all around are a bit junk, in the south here we some very good ones and some shocking ones too.... Happy new year to you buddy @@MarkZX14R
@@rolandkeith5322 you too man !!
in my opinion one best hyper bikes ever made love mine
One of (if not) the best bikes I have ever owned. (and I have owned a lot of bikes :) LOL)
Yeah had my fair share, and still got a few torque, horsepower suspension, built quality, and own bikes cost lot more, zx14r is something special never sell it. And not big guy 70kg but my fave by far
Not a bad run you did here where was this ride man???
Hey, thanks for the comment. It was part of a full day of riding, which I have yet to put the rest together. Starting at Mt Cotton (QLD) to Mt Tamborine, to Hines Dam, to Mullwulinbah (NSW) to Kyogle to Woodenbong to Rathdowney to Beaudesert and back home :) www.relive.cc/view/vrqo5GepzKO
I see and thanks I'm down in SA but I use to live in NSW@@MarkZX14R
Yeah man they are everywhere now days
As a ZX14r owner, finding words to really describe this bike is hard. Forget the specs sheet ride one. Maybe one of few bikes that really has it all. One of a kind ride it to understand it. In my opinion one best bikes ever built.
Couldnt agree more - I have owned a lot of bikes and this one is special! :) Thanks for the comment.
Not a bad video, at all. The rear facing camera video, in the upper left corner was a bit off putting. It cut off the view of some nice vistas and thus the perspective of your altitude. In my opinion, the main, front facing camera would have been enough. Just saying.
Thanks for your feedback. I am hoping to learn editing to be able to utilize multiple cameras and make more of the different views/cameras. For this ride, I wanted to test if could I align all 3 footages and put them together. I am a complete noob with this "filming" stuff so "watch this space" - Cheers MarkZX14R :)
@@MarkZX14R You're welcome and pretty close on the quality, other than what I mentioned. That was just my opinion, anyway.
@@wmden1 Appreciated :)
@@MarkZX14R I didn't think about it, at the time, but watching your video was some like riding myself, with your main camera. That was well done. I used to ride, a lot, back in the 60s and 70s. I am not physically able to ride anything of any size anymore. It brought back some great memories, and I appreciate that.
@@wmden1 Thanks, hopefully, I will get some time to make some more soon. Leading up to Christmas is madness but then some time off will include some rides :)
