I was thinking of B movies and thought of this from a kid. I had the idea for a low budget C movie called Sealed Up, about a drug smuggling seal that gets captured and made to perform at an ocean park, but he can't give up the drug pin lifestyle so the bad guys keep networking him. Eventually through the friendship of a trainer (Freewilly style) he realizes the error of his ways and helps take down the drug lords. He takes down the bad guys and is eventually set free but decides to go back into show business.
