Bts멤버들의 재계약을 놓고 뉴진스가 승리해야 bts재계약도 멤버들에게 유리할것이라는 여론도 있고 제발 제계약 하지말고 나가서 개인회사 차렸으면 좋겠다는 여론이 많다. 하이브가 시간이 지날수록 장사꾼, 정치인, 게임전문가등 엉뚱한 사람들로 채워지고 있으며 bts가 군대에 가있는동안 빛더미가 늘어나고 있다. 한국아미들은 하이브에 꽤나 적대적이고 부정적인것에 반해 해외 아미들은 하이브를 bts와 동일시하며 민희진을 나쁜년으로 뉴진스는 가스라이팅 당한 멍청한 애들이라는 댓글이 많다. bts v는 어제 민희진과 같이 한 작업물들을 본인 인스타에 올려 민희진에게 지지를 표현했다. 하이브가 믿고 있는건 가장 규모가 크고 선동이 쉬운 해외 아미들이지만 그들도 시간이 지날수록 하이브의 정체에 대해 알게 될것이라 본다.

Imagine the sacrifices these girls made away from their friends and families. No dating, no late night snacks to keep thin. No late nights on the phone or playing video games all the time or real fun. Always working, then you get chosen to be in a group only to work even harder and travel all the time. You take constant pictures from paparazzi and always dancing and practicing and sweating. You even work harder. You smile even when you don't want to smile and when you are sick and depressed you still have to fight through it all because you have to keep that image for everyone or the internet will get you. Then you have to keep your image even more clean and make everyone happy. You become really famous and make your bosses millions of dollars and other companies too all over the world and are in Coke, McDonalds and Gucci commercials just to name a few. YOU ARE LIVING THE DREAM. You get to meet movies stars and collab with other music stars only to have some CEO question your integrity and character and have some lowlife manager tell their group who is probably not even as popular as you to "IGNORE YOU" ITS SHOWS YOU LIFE IS UNFAIR TO GOOD PEOPLE😭😭

It's obvious that this is the last of NJ as we know it. The girls have made it known they will not work for that company after what's been done. The next avenue will be in court regarding contract termination which is another hellish fight. All because of pettiness and greed of adults, they have to suffer.

As a person, artists or not, adult or not, they have every right to say whatever they want and express their feelings. Why people always think MHJ orchestrated all these or they are brainwashed? What is wrong in coming out and stand against oppression when their rights as employees are not honoured or respected by the employer, to the extent they are mistreated not only professionally but personally? Shouldn't we support this group just for the fact that they have risked their career to stand against a conglomerate? The arguments of those who do not support NJ are always the same: 1) MHJ is a bad person, who allegedly tried to take over Ador, so NJ shall not side with MHJ 2) MHJ is a bad person, who allegedly is a paedophile or ephebophile, so the girls blind support MHJ implies something shady 3) Ador is under Hybe, so whatever credits these girls earn shall be attributed to Hybe and not MHJ since all the fundings come from Hybe 4) NJ acts childish by acting out and their action could only make situation worse, every job environment is like that Obviously only by-stander would make such comments and reach a conclusion like those, try for one time, stand in their shoes and think: 1) MHJ might be legally wrong or contractually immoral in such moves, but who can say for sure that NJ are not also kept in the dark the whole time? Even if they know, what else can they do to interfere a hostile takeover? Report to Hybe? With what proof? Even court's ruling found all the evidences Hybe presented could not be substantiated. 2) What's the big deal with NJ frequently visit MHJ's home? You never pay visit to your boss's house or hangout with your boss? Did MHJ ever molested the girls? MHJ has only NJ under her, what leverage does she have against the girls, that she would go to work with other group instead? 3) This is the most stupidest argument of all, so your success in life or career shall attribute to your parents because they have raised you? First, as a parent company, they are obliged to provide funding to their sub-label, Second, the group in their sub-label is not guaranteed success without the girls' efforts and the leadership of the sub-label. Put it this way, Hybe is just like a divorced father figure who only role is to pay for the child support, while MHJ is the custodial parent who takes care of all the group's production and promotion, who are you going to thank? 4) This is not like any job environment, if the girls are being benched, they have no income at all, it is not like you can just ignore the mistreatment and continue your work like any ordinary job. Yes, acting out risks everything, but what else are they going to lose when it is so blatantly clear that Hybe is obviously going to bench them by appointing a CEO who has never run a record label before? Bottom line is, if the situation is not to the point of unbearable, given the previous success of the group, why would they risk everything to stand against Hybe? Just because their love with MHJ?

A contract termination legal battle seems inevitable. Hopefully they will succeed.

In my view, disregarding all of MHJ's problems, I think that Hybe has already shown what it wanted to do in relation to the future of NJ. First, through the launch of ILLit this year, which seemed to be something completely meaningless and a real shot in the foot, given the extreme similarity with NJ. Second, for bringing all this confusion to the public through the article in Dispatch (remembering that it was after this article that MHJ called the press). The article was EXTREMELY TENDENCIOUS towards Hybe and, let's face it, it's not at all surprising that the biggest company in the Kpop industry manages to buy some articles in Korea's biggest gossip magazine, in order to justify to fans the dismissal of the head because of behind one of the biggest female groups of this generation. In my view, the girls understood the movements themselves and, given the history of Hybe and other companies, they know that they will be put in the fridge until the end of the contract. I think this live was an attempt to save themselves through pressure from fans, or... In an optimistic view, they may be in negotiations with another company. Let's hope it's the second option, otherwise...

The problem is, the entertainment industry in Korea is so infamously corrupt that a business like Hybe absolutely flourishes in that environment. Hope these girls continue fighting for themselves and I'm behind them no matter what actions they decide to take.
