Empowering solo travelers to go see the world, because there is a little bit of WonderWoman in all of us!
IG: @wonderwomantravels and @hiddenpeachcabin
I’m a single mom, college professor & I’ve traveled to more than 40 countries. I used to be afraid to go ANYWHERE alone, worrying about safety, loneliness, & expenses. Until I realized that fear was controlling me & I was missing out by waiting for others to join me.
So I booked a flight to Egypt and set off on my first amazing solo trip. That trip confirmed that I COULD do this and that I LOVED it too! Traveling solo, I was able to do whatever I wanted, whenever, and (best of all) make new friends across the globe.
Now I'm sharing my adventures in hope of impacting even 1 person who may be feeling like I once did. If I can do it, you can. I’m an ordinary person with an extraordinary curiosity for exploring other cultures and parts of the world. Don't say "one day" to your dreams. Just go & see what is out there!

Creating my AirBnB cabin to share with travelers like me!
มุมมอง 67ปีที่แล้ว
www.airbnb.com/h/hiddenpeachcabin In one month, this solo traveler transformed a cabin, also solo, into a beautiful retreat in the mountains of North Georgia! The cabin is available on AirBnB as The Hidden Peach and accommodates 8 guests and easy access to waterfalls, hiking, and more! This is some before and after footage of the experience.

And don't forget to try the fresh seafood too! There are a ton of snorkeling and scuba tours available but there are ma...

One backpack for traveling one month abroad

Here is a quick demo of how I travel the world using one backpack and avoid hundreds of dollars in airline luggage fees
Great video, great stays, do you have any recommendations for actual tree house stays? TY
Great video! What time of year were you there? At Tityra Lodge it doesn’t look like there’s air-conditioning, I am one of those people that can’t sleep well if it’s warm at night… I’m going in early December and wondering if I might miss having AC
It's cute and all, but I don't think I would be comfortable with the bathroom completely outside and uncovered.
The most helpful video on activities for Caye Caulker
Amazing!! We will be heading to Costa Rica later on this year
Nice places, I guess Mother Nature is in our genes , feeling so connected and relax. Thanks for the infomation
Great video 👍. May we ask where you stayed for the month, and if you would recommend it? +1 😃
Noisy sound... sheesh
Great efforts.
Thank you!!
Wonderwoman~ Nice to meet you!Like it-gorgeous !bye,;)
I appreciate it! It was a lot of work but so worth it!
Thanks for the video, been a little leery traveling there by myself.
Hello, I will be traveling to LA Fortuna and Miguel Antonio. I want to stay in B&B's. Did you have to make reservations and if so did you have websites? Thx!
Yes I did make reservations (which I recommend) and I have the websites for where I stayed listed in the description below the video. I hope that helps! ❤
These places look amazing, thank you for sharing! I was wondering, how long would you recommend staying at each of these places-maybe a night or two?
I’d stay at least two nights! I find that staying one night doesn’t give you enough time to explore and to enjoy considering the checkin and checkout times for airbnbs!
Love this video! These places are so cool and you're very informative.
Thank you so much!!
Great video too!
Love that you had the owner of the pipe house share his story ❤
We love seeing the stories on why places were created ❤
Thank you for this video showing our beautiful island.
Here’s another one! th-cam.com/video/jQzAb_daEgE/w-d-xo.html&si=EnSIkaIECMiOmarE
Planning a trip to Caye Caulker. This is a awesome helpful video. 💙

Touching starfish kills them. They can die of stress or they can die by suffocation or by absorbing the lotions from your skin
Those are some amazing places to stay in Costa Rica. I'd like to add my Costa Rican tiny house to your list. It is a little above $100 a night but not by much and it has an amazing view. You should check it out.
I’d love to know more!
Please share!

Awesome deal but looks like due to popularity the first place starts at $220/night from your quoted $79! 😭
Wow!!! What a big difference! It could be the season as well. Green season (rainy or winter season) is always cheaper than summer or dry season. So that could be affecting the rate as well!
Saludos cordiales desde San Ramón de Alajuela costa Rica🇨🇷
Thanks for information
Awesome places ❤ty
Wow, incredible places, thanks for sharing! Pura vida! ✌🏼
Your page is awesome! I am planning a trip to Costa Rica and so glad I found you!
Hi there, how did you book your stay at the geodome. im seeing several websites offering the same accomodation? I booked with Uli through air Bnb
The price of massage is 30 for 30 minutes, and 60 for 60 minutes...there are no beaches you can swim ...its full of plastic waste and stinking sea grass...Caulker is quiet what i expected of it...
Depends on what time of year you visit the island. Just came back from the island and everything was clean (although the sea weed was slowly coming in).
@@janjanssen9629 ehh...just look into the bushes....plastic all over, the locals just trow it away....talking about ocean polution ...hahaha its a bad joke
How do you stay that long in Belize & not get certified for scuba diving ?
Because probably she heard how extremely expensive diving on the island is 🤣
Thanks for this video and all the great tips! I'm going in February and I can't wait! So great to see a lady my age traveling solo. This will be my very first solo trip!
Fantastic video! I've been looking at going to Caye Caulker for a month like you. You're the only one I have found here so far on TH-cam that has taken an entire month. I would so enjoy and appreciate if there was another way to communicate with you to ask some other questions. I'm thinking of doing this February/ March of this upcoming year. Thank you again for the great content!
Thank you so much for helping us with these recommendations!! They are super useful
I’m so glad!!! Enjoy your vacation!!!
these places are incredible ! and incredibly affordable 🤩
Yessss! That’s what I love about them. Unique plus a good deal! Leaves plenty of money leftover for doing fun things while you’re there!!
So affordable!! Crazy
Great tips!
Great video! Such creative places to stay.
Isn’t it amazing what people think of?? Why stay in a hotel room when there are so many creative options!! 💕
I found your channel through TikTok. I hadn't heard of Caye Caulker, but now it's on my bucket list. I'm definitely going to do the Shark Ray Alley Snorkel. That looks amazing. Great video!
Awesome!! Glad you found me and Shark Ray Alley was very surreal and exciting so it’s a place not to miss. Caye Caulker is so relaxing - no cars on the island and not so many tourists so you can get a real authentic island experience. Hope you go and love it as much as I did!
Good video!! I liked the stingrays a LOT.
Thank you! That was definitely a magical experience feeding them in their natural habitat and having them chase my feet for more food!
Awesome tips! Looks like a great place to spend a few weeks at.
Or even a month! I’ve done most of these things twice already and it’s still fun each time!
So sickkk. How did you find these places?
Research!! I always do a ton of research before I go anywhere because I love the planning process and want to fully enjoy that precious time traveling!!!
Literally love this video!!! Can’t wait for more!
Thank you!!! More coming soon (maybe even this week!) about what to do while in Costa Rica!!
brb booking a flight
Go go go!!! You’ll love it!
Such a cool video
Thank you!!! I’m working on a video to show adventurous things to do in all of these areas too so stay tuned!!
