Cool
Really great build but that tank is way too small for a gecko!
That's not a pro tip, that's a recipe for disaster if someone gets busy and forgets. Those containers don't hold much and chicks drink far more than you would think. You are basically giving them nothing on reserve
Nice 👍 👍
How many inches ?
@@LeonKr-o4e it’s at like 6 in now
It’s so dry…
Leopard Gecko Are Cute
This is really helpful thank u ☺️
@@paulhartwell8621 glad it helped
My crestie looks exactly like that 😂😂😂
What a dead channel
@@suneshineseesyou I know right. I got to get back in the swing of making videos.
@@SomethingJackMakes Lol I really like axolotls though so this helped
Trumpty dumpty sat on a wall
Beautiful fish. Waiting for mine to get this big. I’ve had him about 5 months
I have a Cuban knight anole but looks nothing like this
Did you use any vaccine?
The pieces you added at the end to hold the doors up, you should have put the under the frame so the top was flat.
I agree. That would have made the top look cleaner. I didn’t want to loose space in the opening tho.
This is amazing! Apothecary Drawers (real ones) cost thousands, I want to do this someday!
Thanks glad you like it
Mine only took a big bite from 2 of these and also ate a small slice of green onion, is he fine?
What are the advantages of method #4 over just buying a starter MistKing system? Just the pump you've listed is already $110.
Do bearded dragons not scratch dirt in the wild or do they live on hard rocks all there life, not really the ultimate enclosure there's no substrate to stimulate the poor beardy just easy clean up for yourself
I’ve made updates to put in some substrate. Rocks and dirt. More stimulus is better
My hermanns tortoise likes to push stuff 😂, any recommendations on what kind of toy i could give to him so he can keep entertained
They are always going to push things around. You could try a rubber or plastic ball. As long as they don’t try to chew on it. They can push it around.
Hey so i use coconut husk, do i have to break them apart in smaller pieces in order for them to burrow?
@@OatmealRoblox probably. It needs to be small enough for them to dig in.
Do you still have her?
I do not. Unfortunately she belonged to an ex and we are no longer together.
How long did it take to get this big
Probably 6-8 months
@@SomethingJackMakes I have 4 in a a 10g tank for right now bout how long till I have to change the size.
@@juicemcelveen3845 probably upgrading them sooner then later would be good. Keep an eye on water quality and if there is any aggressions. Bigger tank will help keep the water quality better. And give them space to spread out
@@SomethingJackMakes you right I have 3 that’s getting bigger and 1 that’s still small they takes the food from that one
@@juicemcelveen3845 could move the 3 to a bigger tank. And keep the 1 in the 10 gallon so that you can better monitor its feeding and get it to catch up to the others. Cichlids are aggressive fish. There will always be a pecking order. And some will get picked on.
God i love designing these enclosures
Wow❤
What kind of build or wood would you recommend for a boa? I'm going to use locks and dresser door knobs instead of the hinges because of cost lol. 25$ for 4 hinges. She is 5ft and weighs about 20+lbs.
Pine boards from a home improvement store would be fine. Just be sure to seal them.
❤
What type of frog is he in terms of morph or sub species
Just a regular pac man frog.
Dont let him hear you say that 😂😂😂🤘
Great built! I love seeing it step by step! What size tank is this? Is it a 36x18x36?
Thanks! Yes an exo terra 36x18x36
Love CFC’s!
I am going to do a build very similar, so I just wanted to check. For the frame you said, you used full 2x4's and half 2x4s for the sides. However; to get it to fit properly, would you have to make 3ft 8inches, to do the equal for foot size of the plywood, because if you don't that makes 4 foot 4 inches when account for the additional 2 inches of each sides 2x4. Just curious before I go put this thing together and then have to trim it down more. Thanks.
Yes. You are going to want to account for the thickness of the boards on the ends. You’re right. If you use full 8 foot and 4 foot boards the frame will end up larger then the sheet of plywood.
I Have a blue footed chicken
Do you have a PDF with material, and directions for sale?
I don’t have any specific plans for sale. The video gives you instruction and it can be customized to any size tank.
Glue. Next
What song is this?
Hooligang.... Joey valence
Joey Valence & Brae - HOOLIGANG
Magic trick?!
Do you mist your bearded dragon?
No I do not mist the bearded dragon.
Now THAT is a proper-sized tegu enclosure! ❤ Nice to see they have lots of windows, too. They're very intelligent animals and it's good to give them the ability to watch what's going on outside their enclosure. I love the elevated height of the cage as well, and thr whole thing looks super legit and sturdy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thanks! Glad you liked it.
You should put a Red Eyed Crock Skink in it
That’s a good ideas!!
Excellent job IMHO you've set the framework for a Lid I need on 120 tank, 3 door. well done.
Got it. Put directly in the microwave for 7 minutes
HELL NAH- (Proceeds to grab all my chickens and their hatching eggs to run as far away as possible) ***Also yes I know this comment is over a year old***
How come their water looks like a dehydrated person's piss??!
Why is the water brown?
It has electrolyte powered mixed in. It is good for new chicks. To help get them hydrated.
omg THANK YOU!!
Do you think using just Clay pebbles would be alright or should I add to it ? I'm getting a Leopard Gecko..thx
Leaped gecko needs a pretty dry environment. The clay pebbles would not be good. Cause it might try to eat it. If you are just starting out. You could use paper towels as a substrate. And transition to a rocky sandy substrate later. .

@@SomethingJackMakes You said Clay pebbles would be good, but right after it you said, Cause it might try to eat it ? So I shouldn't use them ?
@@tony3176 opps sorry. Mistyped. It should say clay pebbles wound not be good.
I am gonna use your approach to build a completely bespoke cabinet for my teaware. Thank you for the techniques shared, they will come in handy!
One of the best looking cichlids bro. This one and the Gold Saum Terror are my Favorite.
Coolers make great incubators I’ve hatched numerous different species using coolers. If you can hatch monitor eggs in it you can hatch anything. Last thing I incubated was 84 Savannah monitor eggs and 83 hatched and all were perfect no kinks or health problems. I used a fish tank heater instead of heat pad and had a large portion filled with water and this helps keep the humidity and temperature stable for longer periods of time specially if the power goes out. Doing it that way you honestly don’t even need hatchright, vermiculite or anything it’s basically a giant sim container. I filmed mine if your interested check it out. But I wish you the best luck with your eggs and look forward to seeing them after they hatch and hope you have a great day bud 🙋♂️✌️
Thank! That’s great to hear. I do like your idea of the aquarium heater set up too. I will check out your video
Fantastic!!!!!
Thanks! Glad you like it
What brand/size enclosure do you have? Beautiful setup!
I use exo terra enclosures. This one is a 36x18x36
