I bought a Kingsley 50 and have yet to stamp my first cover (or make it for that matter.)When you do your video, would you talk about type faces and sizes, etc.

That’s awesome my dad rebound his Italian Bible when we lived overseas. I remember as a kid watching him work on it (late seventies) same looking thick leather. He had no markings on it. He passed 8 years back. I was fortunate enough to end up with the old Italian Sacra Bibbia.
That's a beautiful bible, love it.

What's the softest piece of leather you have I held a bible in a bible bookstore and it felt like my finger felt like it was going to go through it were it was so soft

@GINZO4849 softest i have is sheep..... that's what I liked about the veg tan sheep.... the next in line softness suitable for exterior is this maroon sheep.... I also have a maroon/burgundy calf that is soft in the hand.... one needs to understand that as a general rule, the the more firm the more durable
@@2mooreBibleRebinding I knew you rebound Bibles, and I tried your leather suppler yu recommended previously, but I never could figure them out. Your channel will grow if you keep it up and are patient. You have a lot to offer that other rebinding channels do not. Thanks for the answere and content

It will be more durable and long lasting if the handles go all the way to the bottom, like a large loop and the bottom having thicker parts to act as base so you're actually lifting the things under it and not just on four points of the bag.

I purchased my first NASB translation and spent some time reading it and decided this one was going to be the one I rebind. I watched most of your rebind videos and wanted to invest in you and your workmanship and was not disappointed. I now have an amazing Bible that I cherish and read regularly. The sheep has such a soft feeling in the hand and it lays totally flat while reading. Thanks!
