መውደቅ፣ መጉደል፣ ማጣት፣ ብቸኝነት፣ ተስፋ መቁረጥ፣ ስጋት፣ ልፋት፣ መበደል፣ ዋጋ ማጣት፣ መናቅ፣ መጣል፣ መረሳት፣ የማንነት ጥያቄ፣ ተስፋ መቁረጥ፣ ራስን መጥላት፣ መኖርን መጥላት፣ መገለል፣ መከዳት፣ መቀማት፣ አድሎ፣ መረገጥ፣ ራስን ለማጥፋት ማሰብ ወዘተ... ያለፍኩበት ነው። ይህም ሁሉ ኖርማል ነው። ለምን? ሰዎች ነና! ዋናው ነገር ምን ገጠመን ሳይሆን እንዴት እና ምን ምላሽ ሰጠነው? ነው።
ምሉዕ ነኝ ብሎ የሚያስብ ሰው ይህንን መጽሐፍ እንዲያነብ አይገደድም። ነገር ግን ለሌላ ወጣት በማስተላለፍ ቢተባበር መልካም ነው ብዬ አስባለሁ።
እየኖርን ባለንባት ዓለም ሁሉም ነገር ተለዋዋጭ ወይም “ዳይናሚክ” ነው። ከሚለዋወጡ ነገሮች ጋር አብሮ መጓዝ ያስፈልጋል። ወጣቶች በአንድ ነገር ላይ ብቻ ሙጭጭ በማለት የተዛነፈ ሕይወት እንዳይኖሩ፤ በሥራ፣ በትምህርት፣ በሕይወት፣ በኑሮ፣ ራስን በማስተዳደር፣ በብስለት፣ መልካም እሴቶችን ባለመጣል፣ በመንፈሳዊ ሕይወት እንዲሁም ተጓዳኝ ተግባራት ላይ ውጤታማ መሆንና መሮጥ እንዳለባቸው የሚያሳዩ የኑሮና የሕይወት ዘይቤዎችን በዚህ መጽሐፍ ለመተንተን ተሞክሯል።
አብዛኛው በዚህ መጽሐፍ ያሰፈርኳቸው ነገሮች በመጀመሪያ ወደ አዕምሮዬ ይመጡና አሰላስላቸዋለሁ። ከዚያም ሲተገበር በሰዎች ላይ ሊፈጥር ያለውን መልካም ውጤት በምናቤ አያለሁ። በራሴ ላይ ለመተግበር ስሞክር ጥሩ ውጤት አይቼባቸዋለሁ። አንዳንዱን ይህን እኔ ራሴ ቀድሜ ባውቅ ያስብለኛል። አንዳንድ ሀሳቦች ወደ እኔ ሲመጡ በሙላት የማውቃቸው ነገሮች አይደሉም። በእርግጥ መጽሐፉን በራሴ ተነሳሽነት ብቻ ጽፌአለሁ ለማለት አልደፍርም። ምክንያቱም መልካም መንፈስ እየመራኝ እንደ ሆነ እረዳለሁ።

    Hi Mulat, I'm trying to do something similar to what you show in the video. I need to create a component with these properties in Aspen: (Temperature, Mass heat capacity, Mass density, Viscosity, Thermal conductivity), it is for a heat exchange process, I would appreciate if you can make a video or give me some tips to achieve it.
