Precious Metals Assay and Training Institute (PMATI) is a joint venture between World Gold Council (WGC) and MMTC-PAMP and supported by various major trade associations like GJC, GJEPC, IBF, IBJA etc. The not for profit company is an industry driven body which has been set up with the following principal objectives:
1. Providing training and certification in the field of assaying
2. Standardizing and promoting best practices for gold and precious metals industry

if you need to determine the gold content in coal, after the sorption procedure, then you need to do assay analysis, melting the sample.
