Notice when she clicks the second box (for CPS) it automatically checks the "GIS - NO" box. So now YES and NO are both checked. Doubt this is a desired outcome, but she doesn't mention it.... Not much help at all

You're not really naming anything, do you though? The names were already there and you simply "overwrote" them. How the names were created in the first place, only Google knows. Renaming doesn't work in 2024 and Google s?cks balls.

Two kinds of tutorials. First kind is this, where you learn the basics but it's faster to watch a fifteen minute video that tells you what all the buttons do since you're learning the basics. Then there's tutorials for things like "how to automatically change the text color using functions", which are more specialized but also more helpful, since people using google sheets extensively don't want to be manually formatting everything.
