@Turkishguy3000 I was going to prepare my NG8+ character for dlc and was more than halfway trough when my whole PS4 crashed, not even starting anymore. Luckily I can use my other PS4 and was able to download my cloud saves but all the progress was gone. And I'm really not eager to do all the scadu collecting and shit all over again, would be the 6th time... I'm sorry, but for that reason I'm not seeing myself doing it in the near future

Dude I was shocked as well , must have never used magic with my usual buff routine 😂 The godfrey one surprised me even more bc I in my memory he was pretty resistant against magic but that may have been my old Ng7+ character from '22

@@Turkishguy3000 Yeah, In front of Maliketh is the best base game spot to make a cloud save you can come back to progression wise since you get Godfrey and Radag/Elden B. right after too. He is probably my fav. boss from the base game

@Turkishguy3000 Start a new character for that. I have 7 and started doing new ones when my first was NG8+. If you are on PS you can set that up pretty fast when you have someone to drop you stuff to save time. Makes the golden seeds, sacred tears and getting a weapon maxed asap the only things you have to do to get set since you then can get maxed weapons dropped too. You can get a somber weapon maxed pretty easy with varre quest

Reminds me of dark lurker from DS2 but at least his clones take damage😂 This was by far the most cursed RNG I ever had 😂

Build completely focused on DPS and perfect RNG for multihit buffs

@@Turkishguy3000 Bleed on both obviously , Varre mask for 10% more damage when bleed happens (even when you make yourself bleed btw) , raptor feathers torso piece for 10% more jump attack damage, rest rakshasa set for each 2% more damage

@@Turkishguy3000 If it bleeds , it will die quick build. I can recommend the same build but with great katanas or milady's instead , fucks heavy too

They do pretty good slash damage espec. when you hit the guts.There are better powerstance weapons that are easier to play espec. with bleed but they are just the most badass

The grave scythes are better if youre going for bleed multihit without stance break tho

Thanks man, I will slowly walk my way to Ng7+ but it takes forever just to ride trough the whole shit 😂 The most important thing is to keep his poise damage up bc he regenerates that way too fast and the miqu. light ring is perfect for that

this is just NG bc its the only character I have set up right there. NG+ and NG2+ weren't much different tho

I also had way too much fun experimenting with builds for this fight to change anything haha

I honestly misplayed a bit bc I wanted to use the Aow so the talismans are : shard of alexander/ claw talisman , rotten winged sword insignia and I think millicent prosthesis or the dagger talisman I'm not sure. also raptors feathers armor and ansbach mask and rest rakshasa armor pieces. Crystal Tears are : The stance break one and the bloodsucking crystal tear; buffs : golden vow and bloodboil aromatic And raptor mist ash of war on the dagger for s during his light beam

And thanks dude! Even tho it was one of my worst consort hitless with scyhes 😂

@Turkishguy3000 Dual Great Spears with spear talisman goes even harder bro, I accidentally 2 shotted pre nerf radahn with 2 jump attacks once 😂. And to this build right here where I was going for a stance break its important to get at least one l2 of for enough poise damage to knock him ouf the air and get a riposte during his beam ! And the fireball is a good opener to get him to come to you instantly at least 90% of the time it will trigger him

@@arn655 I recommend dual great spears with a jump attack build and the spear talisman if you struggle , pierce damage is his only weakness phase 2 and phase 1 holy melts him !

@@revolverkyosuke7049 I actually hated and struggled with him a lot the first weeks, cheesing him with imp. thorns pre nerf but doing it over and over made me like this fight a lot. I found that the with dual great spears and jump attacks its the easiest when you wanna go for insane damage
