Terrible form bro. Your arms are never gunna grow like that. Its not a competition to get higher weight. Look up videos on proper form. Theres tons of them. Good luck on the journey.

I could almost manage an intermediate level Ravel piece when I was a music student 45 years ago. After two miserable years of required music history, that piece (can’t recall what it was) was like a bridge that opened onto the twentieth century and I felt as though I had some understanding of the evolution of music from the classical to the modern period.
It was Sonatine, No. 1, “Modere” Now I remember- I could almost manage it at a slower tempo.

I agree with 8. I think the hind quarters could be tighter and more ready to pounce if needed. Also front paws not fully tucked. pretty solid overall.

Hell yea buddy. Keep working.Couple things I’d love to see: the weight come down a bit with a full range of motion ideally touching the shoulders each rep with eccentric control. Control that weight on the way down and get the full stretch at the bottom. You’ll see your strength and size gains increase exponentially. Keep grinding brother
Also ideally for each muscle group aim for 3-12 working sets total. With a rep range between 6-12. So for shoulders you could do 3 different exercises with 3 sets a piece for a total of nine sets with 6-12 repetitions per set. Hope this helps man.
