Here are few problems with this plan. 1. If you compound (12 - 15 %) your 10K per month for 12 years, you will make easily 35L - 40 Lakh. - use this amount for SWP ( even after taking out 1.35L/ year, after 25 years you will have more than 3 cr) 2. Life insurance for 15 Lakh is nothing (very low premiums). 3. 1.35 L per year after 12 year will be equivalent to 60K in todays worth (inflation). Will decrease there on. Eg. after 25 years last year it will be like getting 26K in todays worth

Physical property, I dont need to wait for 12 years to rent it out...turant rent pe daal sakte... Stop fooling people under name of e-property.

This is traditional insurance plan with guaranteed returns. By rule of 72 you can make out in how much time your money is going to double or rate of interest on your investment. Here it is 12 years, hence ROI is only 6%. Now Tata AIA will invest your money in different investment products and let’s assume are able to make an average return of 10-12%. They will achieve this target in just 6-7 years and by 12 years your money would become 16-17 lakh (4 times of initial investment) , out of which they will give you half, that is, 8.5 lakh. Secondly, If banks fails, so do insurance companies. And they don’t have a guarantee of even 5 lakhs like banks. Thirdly you can’t take out this money unlike banks and nor you are getting this amount in lump sum at the end of maturity which the video is saying that you are having an FD of 73 lakhs. Fourthly, you will get 73+81.5 Lakh only if you die. Else you will get only maturity. Moral: Don’t be a FOOL What can be done? For good returns invest 2 lakh in Mutual Funds (average 12% in long run) For emergency requirement make FD of 2 lakh ( Choose banks with high interest rates like 8-9%) Buy insurance with remaining 25000. With average return of 10-11% your money would be doubled in just 7 years. Tata is doubling it in 12. Pro Tip: Book FDs in the name of various family members like your wife or senior citizen parents to save on tax. Thailand trip is coming out of commission you are paying to them 😂
