How do i UNFOLD the adjustable latch?

I think this company is kinda whack. I bought this scooter in 2021 but it was called a C1 scooter. I ordered a replacement battery for the R1 scooter because that's the only comparable item on PhantomGoGo's website. The replacement battery I received is a lot wider and will not fit in the compartment. I cannot get ahold of anyone in their customer service department. What a bummer, lost out on $100 bucks on the replacement batter that won't work and now might have to junk the whole scooter since the original battery won't hold a charge anymore.

what is the current limit of the controller? is it 15 or 20amps?

How to install the seat! The seat is the most difficult thing to put in place. There is not one video or diagram that shows how to put it on without it slipping down!

Newer version requires you to peel off the grip tape where you put feet when riding, then you see 8 screws you can unscrew the bottom box will come off.

A phantom why don't you just tell people what kind of battery they need to order so they can fucking order instead of having the fucking guess because you can't find a battery that looks like this anywhere. Jesus Christ just fucking put it on your site so people can order it. And thanks for putting the world's tiniest battery in this scooter and then charging $500 for it. You could at least put a little bit bigger battery so we wouldn't have to fucking charge it every single goddamn day. I'm so sick of getting ripped off by every company you order something from nowadays as long as you guys make as much money as possible that's all that matters and then everyone else to replace basically everything on the goddamn bike for at actually be a high-quality thing

For anyone with the updated version that looks like it's glued on with no bolts: the screws are under the grip tape. You've gotta lift up the grip tape (where your feet rest) to get to the screws.

The design of the battery compartment had been changed apparently. There is no longer a plate to remove on the bottom. Cannot figure out how to open the battery compartment

i have this scooter but the battery box seems to be sealed under the platform and it can't be open, i don't know if there any screws below the skid plate tape

Can you be more specific when u say open box with screwdriver. Like wtf kind of screwdriver it's clearly not a flat head or Philips and it's not the star shaped one or the circleish one sho wtf kind of screwdriver

ok i don't got that plate with bolts it's just a plastic box and i see no way to remove it are there bolts under skid tape?

Can you show us for Phantomgogo R1's that don't have that removable bottom skid plate? Mine is just that control box. I don't see any screws that can be removed.

That isn't the same as my R1, the bottom us different and doesn't have those metal brackets holding it in place, how the hell do we get the battery out of that one, and where do you sell them at?

My back tire is flat and i can't get it off, which way am i supposed to turn the lug?
