Dave Kelly, originally from Sydney, Nova Scotia, is based in Calgary, Alberta. Dave grew up in the world of harness racing and has been driving & training in Alberta since Spring 2015.
Frankie & Dave were featured during the Horse Racing 101 event in March 2018 at Century Downs Racetrack and Casino, where they did a training mile demonstration and mock win photo for all the participants.

Very slow mile 158.3 for a mile track that's 205 at Saratoga Wich get u nada 2 year old trotting filly trot faster
It’s not a mile track. It’s about 5 1/2 furlongs around. 7/10ths of a mile.
I'm grid this is a very low class of pacers cause this is what it feels like I'm going training
I love days like this with a 1000 pound pacer with nice gate is Awesome
