Hello, my name is Col. Kevin M. Jankoski I am a member of and volunteer for The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels ( however I was an E-5 Sgt. During my service in the first gulf war.....I worked for a living) I am the recipient you see here with Blitz! Please listen carefully to what I am going to say. This group Smoky Mountain Service Dogs gave me so much more than a dog, the trainers found with me that they gave me my happy voice back something that is essential to working with a working dog. Moreover, they gave me back my quality of life, my happiness. I am no longer a husband and father that my wife dusts off every weekend when she cleans, I am right there on the go again with the family! Blitz is the glue that holds my family tightly together. If you are a person that donates to veteran support groups, please give generously to this group. They have low overhead, I would bet better than .90 of every $1.00 gets to the end user, the dog/soldier team.....what does this mean? No one is getting rich here. They are doing it right, they are changing lives. They have given me back mine. When you watch this video, look at the smiles on my wife and childrens faces, because the smiles are back and they are not going anywhere. I have had 13 spinal cord surgeries, I can not bend......at all. If I drop my keys and no one is there to help me, I used to be stuck now I have blitz.
