Do not buy from products from hanso homes. This company is a sham. Please look up reviews and comments before you buy. Also review complaints on BBB. they are good at taking your money. They will not deliver your product. You cannot reach customer support. Review their website. They do list where their headquarters are located. This is not a real company. I spent 10K and I can an answer when the product will ship. I get an email response from them that is one excuse after another.

It looks like it's a level roof and if so it will hold water. What's the difference in height in front and back of the pergola? This will be an issue if it's the same height in front and back???

One issue I have with pergolas that have louvers closed centers around the effects of strong updrafts even though the pergola maybe securely bolted down. I feel better with a double roof gazebo that allows for venting.
