Great rendition guys, shame there are not more covers of this great song on TH-cam as IMHO its one of Weller's best. Purchased the Strange Town single in 79 in yellow vinyl and ended up preferring the B side! Btw the line "they worry themselves about the dreadful snow" was because there was some dreadful snow during the Winter of 78-79 slap bang in the middle of "the Winter of Discontent!" PS Is that a Birmingham City Mug I spy?

I have never heard those boys before, they sound great and well worth listing to many, many times over and over again, a little like Oasis, a small touch of the Beatles, and a tiny touch of the Kinks which is all excellent, all very good, I believe that they will do very well in their musical journey
