For the people who has the problem, i´m pretty sure your oil filter is clogged and you have no oil pressure, then it wil cut the ignition. Easy check if there is no oil pressure disconnect pink wire where the "junction" box is on the left side. Clean or order a new filter about 10$.

If you add soapy water, about 5-7inches, it limits the potential of rats chewing through plastic if they are drown in water. Rats can chew through steel & concrete fairly easily due to their iron fortified teeth, like beaver teeth. Great version of rat /mouse bucket trap!👍🏽

Well on closer inspection your machine is not a yanmar but a Hitachi. Lol. The similarities at first glance are very close.

I have an older yanmar b7 and was very surprised when i saw your yanmar with the same hydraulic boom that moves side to side. I was looking for ideas for how to build a stationary thumb, and yours fits the bill exactly. I like how you can remove the brace and store it up high for digging. Thanks, you did an excellent job.😊

Run motor in a plastic 44 gallon drum with detergent and sunflower oil mixed together water must get hot to open thermostat 20 minits or so this works

do you remove the thermostat? the thermostat is probably closed because of water temperature and not allowing water to actually run in all loops inside?

Wish you would have shown that device in action. I've been using the HF type tire iron for over 60 years, including a HF unit for about 30 years. Seemed to work fine for me. When I started in 1961, that was mostly all that everyone used.

I did all that and since everyone ends up cleaning the heads by hand and changing the gaskets, that only serves to maintain, not to unclog an already clogged system

Nothing works better then Victor mouse n rat traps everthing else is nothing shorter then a gimmick being I tried this particular gimmick caught not one rodent stick with the traps using peanut butter.

Smoke disappears after warm up.....

l still use this motor for 2021 salmon fishing season, very impressed for this motor, 57 mph wot.
