I think your fire alarm needs a new battery
Thank you !
thanks for these videos
Does anyone know where we can purchase the Bowden extruder drive unit?
I have Tronxy X6D which is similiar to yours except sensor. I'm glad that there is a perfect extruder mount for it. Now that I can upgrade my printer. I have done some upgrades such as belt tensioner on X and Y and Halo shaped cooler. Currently printed almost like a pro. Now I want upgrade to Bowden because I can see 3D prints showing "wavy" on sides due to vibration produced mostly on extruder and Y table (I felt most vibration coming from extruder than X and Y). So I wanted 3D print look smooth. Lastly, I wanted to lighten up the X section so I can print faster and less jerky print. Thankyou for your tuitional!!!
I noticed there are two files for the carriage print. Did you use the 74mm or the 63mm? I ordered the same hot end as you and wanted to start printing the carriage before the parts arrive. Great tutorial!
Very important detail is you should heat up the nozzle to about 210-220ºcelcius and then give it another tighten while holding the heat block, the material expands when hot and will create a tiny gap between the throat screw and nozzle if you don't tighten it up again while hot.
hi, im from argentina, which fan duct you used, there hare for tipes on the file. thanks
I think this one www.thingiverse.com/thing:2133328
Well done
hi, What is the problem ... When the initial operation, the extruder is directed to the opposite side to the end and continues for a while the engine rotates even when the extruder reaches the end ... The same applies to the surface ... Also, the z direction motor works one and the other does not work .. Note that I almost checked the connections All are correct, i am using Anet A8
Nice video. What did you apply to the tube threads before you screwed it into the heat sync at 0:22 - 0:25. I usually use Teflon tape(PTFE).Thank You.
u use abs?
There is 4 wires on the bowden extrusor 2 red and 2 in withe is there + - on the withe ones?
The white wires are for the thermistor they have no positive or negative
