2014 同舟共濟營成都行- 映通公司高峰會 映通公司成立1989年, 自創 AMOLD 熱澆道品牌, 全方位服務. 並含有: 微成型機, 數位教學系統, 熱流道醫院, 溫度控制器等
採用過的感受是廉價低質量，模具廠為降低成本提高利潤私自採用，幾次試模就搞到人仰馬翻沒有射出完好成品，業主斷然要求模具廠拆掉換購日商熱澆道系統。

塑膠顆粒受到螺杆的強力擠壓與摩擦熔融? 我一直認為塑膠顆粒是因為螺秆配電產生的電阻熱而熔融的，是我錯了嗎?
螺桿旋轉是攪拌加輸送塑膠顆粒前進到料管前端待命射出，塑膠粒軟化是靠電熱片加熱的料管。 螺桿是一面旋轉一面後退，讓料管前端騰出空間儲存軟化的塑膠，射出是料管加壓前推擠出塑料進入模具。
