I use piercing gems in my wep for pvp, because landing the debuffs (especially sleeps/menta) is much more important than a little bit of extra damage. In PvE though, you dont need cancel. Thanks for watching!

I'd say whichever you like the look of most honestly, all of them are pretty strong and can do decently solo up until higher levels. Segeuriper is probably the best class for a new player, just because it has really strong aoe skills for levelling and pve, and it can also heal.

I'd recommend taking a look at MoserRS on youtube, he has some videos for new players of our Dekaron that might help you out! If you have any specific questions feel free to just ask in comments here though and i'll answer when I can! For levelling it's pretty simple, i'm guessing you have a jump char so - do any high level [main] quests, get EXP runes (cash shop or jack in ardeca in exchange for seeds of dreams) and then run dungeons (temple in mitera then 190 ship in dravice are your 2 main ones) over and over again, preferably with an EXP amulet equipped, EXP crests, EXP accessories, wings, EXP scrolls , etc. When you're AFK make sure to use Battle support mode in arcadia, you will need a protection item to survive in there, you can get free ones from the teleporter npc to enter the map in ardeca or you can buy them for $$$. If you're a totally new player to the server you're just gonna' have to take it slow (or pay...), you'll need some pve items to clear the dungeons with a good EXP bonus because you have no gear or EXP scrolls...

As a segnale, no matter what spec or meister, you want to be using SPR not DEX! Only ever put points into DEX that you require for your weapon, never any extra. For PvP you generally want to use a full HEAL build, which means - put the stat points required to equip your max level weapon, then every other point goes into HEAL for max possible HP. You can deal enough damage without any extra SPR, because SPR doesn't give a segnale much extra damage - and our damage comes from debuffs, curse damage and PvP bonus DMG, stuff like that. PvE - Healing Hands is more useful for parties than Crimson empress, BUT both are great. Crimson Empress is better for soloing. I play Crimson empress in PvE and it's fine. Build full DMG for PvE, but make sure to get maxed out PvE res and DDR etc so you don't die. You can heal through most damage in dungeons. The spell "Hyper healing" gives PvE res buff, use it a lot. PvP - Crimson Empress is more useful in 1v1/small team PvPs. Healing hands is useful in large team PvPs, but Crimson Empress is necessary in large team pvp too, because of Menta sleep. Build very defensive to survive the enemies burst combos, you will be focused in large scale pvp playing Segnale, because you're the healer. ^^ It's a very hard question to answer quickly, so feel free to ask anything you want to know in future! If you like Dekaron, have played it before and want to play it or already have characters, sure. If you're completely new to the game, don't have any characters, friends to help you, or knowledge to jump-start your journey.. Probably not. The PvE hasn't changed in a long time, it's boring, very monotonous, skilless and in many cases, literally AFK. There's extremely long grinds to obtain "end-game" items if you intend to not spend money on the game, years for sure to max a character F2P, with dedicated playing. The PvP is still uniquely fun with the various builds of characters available, skill combos that require precise timing, set swapping, weapon swapping etcetc. I can still recommend the game if you're interested in the PvP side, but sadly you need quite a geared character to enjoy that aspect of the game these days, due to the tiny community size and mostly only whales left playing. I HATE santa cards (or %HP pots) too, they ruin PvP, it's almost impossible for me to die vs any char if I use santa cards - unless I make MANY mistakes in a row in a fight. That's why 99% of the time I use the 8000hp pots, even though I have 1000's and 1000's of santa cards on my stash chars and could pop them 24/7 if I wanted! In the video, I only use like 1(?) santa card the entire time! Plus I didn't even need to use them to survive, so it was unnecessary. :( And these accessories are -MY- shinies, you can't have them! OwO Appreciate you watching though. ^^

It's not really pay to win, more pay-to-skip, as you can get anything without buying pretty much - BUT it's *extremely* unrealistic for a F2P player to compete against a whale type player that is up to date with all the items/gear available and spends $$$ constantly. The reason is because it would take a LOT of dedicated farming to get a full set enough to fight a character like the ones in the video, many months if not years for most people, at least. If you don't care about not being able to fight the really strong guys, then you can definitely compete against an average player without spending a lot of money, though again it will take quite a lot of dedicated farming - the more you farm out, the less you have to spend. That being said, once you get to a similar gear level as your opponent, the game really shows why it's lasted for over a decade - as you can not only outplay your opponent mechanically, but also play mind games with your set swapping and skill combos. @@Shirolol Unless DK Square has been completely removed from the game, and Colosseum the game is still P2W. All that mind playing, and mix ups becomes very moot when the gear gap is large enough. There will be a limit to the skill level a player will be able to display. The gear will be a bottle neck. This game has been around for over a decade, but look at how many publisher hands it has gone through over the years as well. Combine that with sunk cost fallacy that is keeping a good number of the people tied to the game, and it would make sense why the game has gone on the decline like it has over time.

​ @T.O.T Maybe your definition of p2w is different to mine then, because I define it as "paying money gives you a direct advantage over an unpaying player with the same items/setup/etc" - and that definitely isn't true in dekaron, regardless of opinions. As I said, a whale with max everything will a delete a casual f2p player from the game like he's a level 1 monster, but a dedicated F2P player that has been playing for the past 10+ years consistently will also delete a casual player from the game in the same fashion - is it also P2W when the F2P player does it? That'd be a very strange definition to me, if you would answer yes. I did say quite clearly though, that you can't compete against someone if you aren't at least at a comparable gear level, this is simply because of unchecked MMO power creep and it being a Korean game. You can definitely kill a player that outgears you though with smart play (the players I'm fighting here are all at LEAST equal gear to me, and I even let some of them use buffs...) - it can be compared to saying you can't compete in WoW without getting full latest raid and/or new season pvp gear.. Is WoW P2W because you can buy gear for gold, and you can buy gold for $$$? And with that gear you will quite easily beat most people that don't have it? (Imagine a freshly dinged max level in greens vs a fully epic'd out max item level player.) Again, I'd say WoW's not P2W, because you can get all those items in game for free, and most even semi-casual players will attain a fully "high-tier" set. The difference between WoW and dekaron, is that it's 1000x more difficult to get the "top" items in Dekaron compared to WoW, so you basically either grind all day every day (and *still* might not get them) OR you pay -- and yeah you would have to pay a *LOT* if you're starting from 0 and trying to get a maxed char. Dekaron is a slow and steady game, you don't hit end game in a short period of time like most games, and you shouldn't expect to. Also the PvE in Dekaron is terrible and no one plays the game solely for the PvE, so grinding for that end-game set while being F2P is not an enjoyable experience - unlike WoW, which has much better PvE, aswell as the PvP side.

Damn that's a long time ago!! I've played deka since the alpha/beta, but I was young and more invested in other games, so wasn't really "competitive" or anything back then. Fate rings a bell, it was a shield icon as the guild emblem if I remember right? Glad to see old dekaron nerds still looking the game up to relive the good days and feel that nostalgia though, maybe one day you'll actually come try the game again? Though I understand if you can't get "invested" as much... ^^ Oh and I'd actually say seg is high/top tier, but definitely not the best class, even in 1v1s as shown here. Several classes have similar or even stronger lockdown combos than seg, but the knowledge and execution to pull them off isn't as widespread as with seg. Thanks for watching! :3

Hi! Here I'm using a full Heal build, with just enough other stats to wield helion and awakened zuto whip. Segnales don't get much magic damage from spirit, so in PvP it's not worth losing a very large amount of HP just to do a small amount of extra damage. Thanks for watchin' and for the kind words. :3

I have some clips from siege, but I'll be honest with you, the videos are 90% me running from castle to castle and killing people trying to suicide run to the gates and crystals.. Actual "fun" or "intense" fights are hard to find. ^^; I'll keep trying to get some useful clips, they might just be short ones as a part of a video rather than a full video. Thanks for watchin'!

Yea it sucks to have 3 castles on almost 50 v 50. But still looking forward to any of your content, its cool to see pov videos of dekaron without any cover on hp bar or buffs. Inventory is understandable 😂

Just a bit of fun with elemental resistance, nothin' to see here. O:)

Healing Hands is a lot more defensive, it is useful to have one in large scale PvP and PvE for sure. 1v1 potential is limited to inconsistent (but strong) combos using sleep, which can break on damage early, leaving you open for a counter attack. I would like to try Healing Hands out for pvps in future maybe, but currently Crimson Empress is overall much more consistent for 1v1 PvP. Thanks for watching! ^^

Sorry I never did any guides for builds etc, I probably should have. :( This was played a long time ago now so the "build" isn't really optimized/relevant for current patch. In my reply to "Sole YTC " below in the comments I wrote out a few tips for combos about AKs, that should show the important skills you need, though it's not everything. Make sure to level your 1h+shield buffs and debuffs/stuns as they are really important for AKs. A VERY brief stat build for AK atm is to get required stats for your weapons, then Heal enough to survive stuns that you can't dodge, dump rest into STR (At max gear you'll be almost full STR/or full STR). If you have any specific questions or anything about your char, feel free to ask and i'll try to help you out! Thanks for watching. ^^

@@RandevourGaming I can't remember the exact amounts, and the exact amounts aren't really important! I had the stats required for my weapons, then everything else was in STR. What you need to do is this: Get the stats required for your weapon, then if you die in a single stun/combo get some heal, then put everything else into STR. For example the Helion 2h axe needs 479 STR and 130 DEX (i think). If you are surviving fine, just add every point into STR after that. If you are BARELY dying to a combo where a bit more HP would make you survive, get enough Heal so you can survive it, then put the rest in STR. Don't worry too much about getting your stats "wrong" you can reset them through a cash shop item if really necessary.

Hey! The super tryhard answer is that duals meister is better overall, due to it being able to use a trispec build very effectively for stunlocks/infinite combos. That being said, 2h meister is very strong also, and if you don't plan to use a trispec build - then just choose whichever meister you prefer and you'll do fine, because they are around the same strength, the difference is just a slight playstyle difference. 2h didn't get nerfed directly, it's just that because of these new awakened zuto weapons and powerful weapon gems etc, having 2 weapons equipped gives some extra customization/power over a 2h.
