Say Kaeya for an example, currently you have not ascended him yet so his max level that you can level him up to is 20. When his level hits 20, you are able to ascend his level cap by giving him certain items that he needs. Now each character has there variety of materials that they require for their level cap to increase. Since Kaeya is Cryo, he would need those light blue pebbles that npc is selling and Lisa would have a completely different set of materials for her to ascend. Since she’s Electro, she would need those purple pebble materials that the npc is also selling. me and some friends tried them out at 3 we did all the spawners in normal mode with iron armour then opened the vaults and after that we did them all in ominous and we got only 1 mace from 12ominous keys overall its very easy and the pots give rlly good loot
