Do you have a manual for this quad
@@alexjones9660 no, l dont. You might be able to still get from suzuki or on ebay etc. I have a generic suzuki manual for these bikes that covers the kingquad 300 etc that l use and its usually close enough
I happen to have a four wheeler just like that one, I cannot get it to run right no matter what I do, it seems to run great until the fuel bowl fills up on the carburetor and then it starts to flood out, I have replaced the carburetor, I have replaced that little box you changed, I replaced the fuel pump the fuel filter all of this with no luck at all it’s still does this very same thing, it always runs good until the bowl gets for any ideas?
@@mikehannahs is it flooding out, because the jet isnt set properly? Will it run better if you hit it with ether in the airbox for a spray or 2? Sounds fuel related, unless there is something like a rag blocking the air intake pipe after the airbox
@ I checked the jets and everything is good the way it should be, it runs on the gas I put in it, when I first start it up it runs great for like 20-30 seconds then it starts flooding out but if I unhook the fuel pump for a few it starts running great again, almost like the fuel pump is overriding the needle and seat or something but I don’t understand how because everything is clean and new
Thanks gor tye video! :)
I'm going to try it tomorrow on my 250 honda.
Классный тигра и Кун хороший 😊
Bought a hyper tough wood impact (w/ socket adapter) and use it for everything possible on cars that ain’t torqued down. Cheap quick and reliable!
Sometimes the cheap 💩 will surprise you!!
Once and a while it does
I don't miss messing with rollers.. Dang calcium fountains suck!!
Jonathon, I don't see a follow on video. How did you get the bevel gear off? I'm at the same point as the end of you video. Thank you for any help.
@@jonesallu the follow on video was there ill check. We pressed it off with a hi power hyd pump and small puck cylinder
@@jonesallu theres a bit more in never ending repairs video
@@jonathantarrant2449 Thank you. I finally got mine off today using an air hammer. No damage to shaft. I pulled everything off the shaft, chucked it in my lathe, marked it and straightened it. Everything slides on and off (with interference from the necessary parts) and I bathed it in antisieze during assembly. The next person will have a much easier time. Thanks again.
The Shift spring, part#: 24652-HA0-000 is no longer available :(
Їбать ти кончений. Нахера тобі ця радянська хуйня?😂
Thanks man
Did you have to remove the upper cowling to install the main drive chain or is there a magic trick? My baler had the exact same failure.
my great grandpa used a MF1085 on his farm before he passed, now its just sitting outside the hay barn. i hope to fix it up someday, i hate seeing it sitting, not started in forever. he also had a MF230, i would like to fix that one to, but it needs a ton of work
I’m looking to buy one of these and advice or things to look for?
@@dbm1184 personally ld send slightly more and get the case 8465a or hessron 565a, its got the same baler frame but with the updates
Near the end of the video you were talking about that cam tensioner what did you end up finding? I am having a pretty nasty tick on the exact same quad.
If you don’t have your quad anymore maybe I have it now I just bought the exact same one and I live near grande prairie lol can’t be that many 1987 Suzuki 300 2wd around AB
Needs new cam and followers flat spot
Better get that new Heston baler you got out now
Does it ever end
@@091jeremy nope never does, even the green junk breaks
Sounds like a typical start... We cut a week ago, everything is over ripe here and will 100°++ (40°+c) for a week. It's better in the windrow.
@@GosselinFarmsEdGosselin yep, we hit 35c yeaterday and the rounds bales look like hegdehogs, spikes sticking out all over
I wish the beater's came out of our spreaders easy!! Would be nice to use them for cleaning up chaff and broken bales then piling it to feed.. Spreader is in great shape for it's age!!
Thanks, it didnt look quite that good when we bought it 3 yrs ago gearbox was full of water instead of oil and it needed the new floor
Hay season has started
Cheap and easy fix. As long as it works 👍
Can you send me a video of how all the fuel lines and vaccum lines on on the 300 quad. I can't find a good diagram nor a video. 😢
@@bngknbeal8204 if you google suzuki lt300e owners manual there is a pdf manual that comes up and i believe it has all this info. Its www.weavweb.net and has tons of manuals, and info
That's a lot like the '07 Tahoe.. probably all of them since too. Those 4 lines are a pain! The connectors on the heater get stuck. Busted both lines at the back heater core. Busted both connectors on the front core. Good how to video!! We actually got rain today, 1/100" at 4am.. a little more a few minutes ago, but it didn't change the amount.... Dang expensive expansion valve! We just put compressors, expansion valves and receiver/dryers on 2 tractors..$350 each for everything..
Was the charge pump shot? Or what was wrong. This just happened to mine also. Started it today and had no hydraulics.
Broke shaft from the flywheel, back. You can take the floor plate out of the cab and you can check it from there it gets you into the top of the transmission. The shaft can be pulled straight out the back if your lucky, otherwise you have to pull the motor probably.
So you had a blowout. Dumb video. It happens. Who cares? Video made for attention.
We just had a pretty good bunch of wind a few minutes ago.. was waiting for the power to go out. But it didn't!!
Thats good thankfully no trees hit the powerline, atleast around us but they did a number on the fences
@@jonathantarrant2449 we have a few fences we should probably check. UHG
Hesston was first owned by Fiatagri then after they bought Ford New Holland I think that was in the late 80s or early 90s sold Hesston to AGCO and Case International which both owned 50% each then in the early 2000s When Fiat or New Holland bought Case International they sold the rest of Hesston to Agco. Hope nothing breaks during haying season. Awesome video as always
Sounds like your week has gone like mine.. got the 2294 in the shop, should have been out a week ago.. might get it out of the way tomorrow. Then get the new to us 2190 big baler in and gone through.. and hay is ready to cut..
Cant remember being this backed up, its been a few years atleast
I know your video was a long time ago, but I have a rake like yours and need a new belt for it. Would you happen to know the number on the belt and where I could get one. thanks for any help.
I believe its a c144 or c145
@@jonathantarrant2449 thanks
@@jonathantarrant2449 is it a regular V belt or 6 sided
@@NealMclain mine is a reg c sized v belt
Okay. Thanks
I got the power off the accessory on the handle bars. Just plugged in a spade connector an installed a fuse to the blue black power wire.
Yes sir, in the big hole, out the small hole. That looks pretty good in the video. I've seen a lot worse, that were still getting the job done.
Must have been sucking air thru the torn gasket or the seal on the shaft maybe. The are reportly a troublesome issue on international tractors according to some
Money money and wait there’s more money
Never ends
Sigh... Poor instructions
I have a rake like that. Where can I get a new belt for it
Motion industries or acklands other industrial suppliers
@@jonathantarrant2449 thanks. Would you happen to know the number for the belt?
@@nealmclain6316 , c144 or c145 should work, i think its 148inch outside measurement, with tensioner
@@jonathantarrant2449 thanks again
Trying to figure out the numbers is a........ Important thing is, that it works!!!
I was out by half, not sure where l made that mistake, but got it set finally.
@@jonathantarrant2449 figured density wrong?? At least you got it straightened out!
Yay🙄 lost the right rear on our JD 4010 loader last summer, in the middle of haying.. the left one wasn't much better, so 2 new ones... OUCH!!
Ya can hardly wait for the bill tomorowo
@@jonathantarrant2449 ya, hopefully you're sitting down when you get it..
I clicked on the video to see the tractor working ? 🤔🤔
The one harrowing showing it working
Now to sit back and watch it grow.. price of everything is way too high!!
Hopefully pretty dry around here, they keep telling us its going to rain and doesnt. Price of everything is ridiculous as of late, trudy dont help with the carbon tax bs either
@@jonathantarrant2449 the last 5 years, if it's not fall or really early spring planted, it a waste of time and money. Turdo and Pedo Joe have definitely done a great job of ruining most everything in north America..
Anymore, you just about have to find something fixable in a fence row. 💩In the tank. Been there. It's not fun!!
ya horrible around here lately
Does a nice job 👍
A simple and to the point video, no telling Me the history of suzuki, when the quadrunner come out the history, your bike, how long you've had it all that bunch of nonsense, just straight to the point of the video, how to adjust the clutch and nothing else
Pretty good start after a long nap!!
Good to see her moving!!
Just about ready to try it!! Hopefully all goes well when you fire it up!!
She did, started decent aswell.
@@jonathantarrant2449 nice 👍
Great video, so many of these videos are full of info but don't actually do the change. As I was having a lost moment of were is the fill plug lol
Hopefully it helps someone 👍
You've been busy!! Hopefully the guy on eBay is understanding and all ends well!
Hopefully, but l have a feeling wont be. Thanks for watching
i have an 1130 hesston, does yours have the slave hydraulic single line lift cylinders on it? Mine has the slave that has a bleeder/relief on the slave. It shoots out a stream of fluid and wont lift or phase on that side. have you had that issue ever?
No, but my uncle on his, lm pretty sure the seals were gone inside the cylinder, and it was to either rebuilt or replace for what l recall from about 5yrs ago
this not belarus tractor but this tractor LTZ T-40 made in ukraine
