Just use through bolts w/nuts and lock washers on the back so you can skip the tapping. Add the Resaw Guide and Micro-Adjuter to the fence and your old bandsaw is nicely upgraded to a much more functional peice.

2:49 it says to NOT put wax in my instructions. It says to use a dry lube spray.

Try using a 4 inch dust collector to pull through the 2 inch hole yet? Ughhh... its the one flaw with this.

These did not far too well for me due to the screw holes splitting when I drove them in. (The screws that came with it were not good. So I used Stainless.) It would've been better if they put steel sleeves in the holes. After about a year, I noticed splits developing, so I had to slam lags into it.

The idea of flat free makes a lot of sense, rather than replacing inner tubes or pneumonic tires every time you move or haul loads. Make sure you clean the axle with W-40 and put bit of grease for good rotation.

Great video and very helpful. Is your bandsaw model 28-200? That is the model I have and want to make sure the bolt holes (11 1/2" on center) line up with the saw fence assembly. Thanks!

I have the same setup as you and am puzzled by one thing - i cannot find a way to mount the fixed base to the plated AND access the micro adjuster from above (allen wrench?). were you able to find an orientation that allows this?

What is the dimension of the router plate insert?

Nice video and presentation. Thanks. I also have this router table, but the router top is mounted on my table saw. The cast aluminum router top is also designed for this installation. I also adapted an Incra Cleansweep dust box to the bottom of the router table and the combo works. I don’t use the Bosch dust port. The router table has worked well for me.

the older one i had had a light plug plus velco cord wrap and a RF thing on the cord the new ones doesnt......

Doesn't work that well with thick stains- acrylic, thicker paints.

you need to order a spare gear box they are very weak in that machine

In 2021 that same camera had a state of the art microphone in it but I bought more this year and the audio is almost non existent, I have around 25 of them and the ones made before June of 2021 were the best trail cameras I own ,,but not so anymore, I’ve had to send back three of the newer cameras because of corrupted files ,,videos start then stop, then start back after losing lots of footage.
