Old School Kawasaki KZ's at a bike event in FL, doing a few burnouts and holeshots. Most of these bikes are 1970-1980 models, custom swing-arms and modified motors and open drag racing exhaust pipes. I'm on the red Z1R with a 280 custom rear tire and race motor. What do you think of these custom bikes? LIKE or Subscribe please! #bike

Two 1978 Kawasaki Z1R bikes, chromed out, stretched swingarm. Two step fire! Drag pipe. Red Z1R has 280 fat rear tire 10 inch chrome custom KZ Wheel and race motor. Orange Z1R has 200 tire on rear with chrome Suzuki Wheels. We're out of Miami FL, you may have seen us at Daytona Bike Week.

I have a '76 Kawasaki KZ900 LTD, that I use to street race back in the late 80s and early 90s, sold in the mid 90s, just got it back in 2018!!! Why not put a car tyre on the back it has no lean angle with that exhaust
I like the low profile of the 280 bike tire and the bike is set up for 1/4 mile runs.

Those bikes are perfect. Functional, and laid out. Getting 4 carbs synced and running right can be hard, these bikes are set on 11

Manufacturers are way too cheap to make bike like these today. It's all about making and saving money. Look at Yamahas today, they killed R6 and made R7 which is a joke based on super budget Mt-07. Same with R9 coming What a Shame

cringe 😓The Z1R 1000 is such a rare bike. Almost priceless now. People end up butchering them these ridiculous 'drag' bikes . Yeah I know 'It's their bike, they can do what they want' but there are so many faster bikes out there. It's like making a rock crawler out of a Ferrari.
