I have a Ford transit connect 2012 with the same engine 2.0L everything worked perfectly fine with all the part numbers, but all the part numbers are one year old so we went to O’Reilly and they’re under different part numbers. These are the new part numbers. As of 6/25/2024 Idler pulley with spacer and the bolt that you need (2330203) MKY brand Murray At O’Reilly The serpentine belt number (K060840) brand Master pro At O’Reilly You may find these parts with the part numbers inside of the TH-cam video with any other auto parts, but they didn’t carry it at the time it would be a 2 to 5 day delivery (the fastest one that I know that had it is O’Reilly) The only problem I had is that my idler pulley was too close to the engine block, so the pulley was not spinning the way I fix this is that I put 3 half inch washers behind the pulley for it can come off the engine block and spin freely My recommendation is your car should not be running on this set up we only had to do this because our compressor was completely stuck and we needed it to get it to the front of my house that was three hours away

I changed the insert , the filter , the oil . Tried diferent filters , sensors , oil even changed the chain the tensioners half the engine but still the same sh*t all the time. Might aswell burn the car.

Great info. Looks like it’s the same belt and pulley for a 2005-2007 2.0 Duratec Focus that’s 50 State emissions compliant (California).

i can see vvt oil valve faulty on this car .thats cause p00016 error and misfire

I’m trying to bypass the a/c pump myself and was having trouble myself. I had to get a new tensioner, because mine was bad and the pulley is still good so this works for me. But I have one question, do you need any kind of stop for the pulley so it doesn’t go tight to the engine? I haven’t looked at it since I seen this video, so idk if there is a built in spacer or if I need something.

What kinda pulley did you use in place of the ac compressor and how did you bolt the pulley in the place of the old compressor????? Please help hubby is doing this job right now and we really need the help ASAP!!
