Haan maine suna tha k early morning shuttle chalti hai but bus stand k baare me info nahi mili

How did you get these flights at 2000₹ online it shows 15-20k
I asked my Hotel to book it for me. It seems the rates are cheaper on the local booking websites they have in Nepal compared to sites that we use in India.

There is no international flights from this airport because india has not provided international Airspace to this airport.
