First lady: Where are her glasses? Nice job on her. Second lady: She looks the same but different. Does that make sense? She wears her new look well but I prefer her more natural look. As long as everyone is pleased.

Wrong outfit chosen. It was too frumpy. Her make-up and hair cut were fine though. I wish her happiness. She seems like a nice lady with a sweet family.

The first one: unbelievable! The 2nd: WHY cut off the hair?? They always, always want to do this. It aged her 10 years.

WOW the first was the most incredible makeover! Her husband was a lump.

This woman is the best example of a great makeover. Just because they are from the same salon doesn't mean all haircuts are the same. GS looks like she's 25 yrs old. She even looks younger than the woman who also had a makeover and she is definiteky much younger than her. So this is incredible. And I do think LL NEEDS TO CUT the hairstylist that made some woman look worst, and there are a few.

Every time they pick someone with short hair, I think the change won’t be dramatic. I’m always wrong.

Those high heels are deadly. I was talked into wearing a pair one time, and it was the only time. They were excruciating and impossible to walk in. I ended up barefoot all evening at a formal awards ceremony. I was so glad I didn't win anything.

The pink dress and black tights looked too young for the first lady who got a makeover.
