A couple of questions...how long does it take from a flat to fully inflated..? And..can you air up more than 1 tire before it needs to be charged?

None of the attachments stick to the plastic adaptor, which is the same as yours. Anyone please help.

I’ve had mine for almost a year and while my cats do love it, it’s quite a bit of work to really keep clean. In the beginning I was just rinsing it with a little soap and water and then changing the filters and filling it up with water(we use spring water) But a few months in I decided to take apart the pump and that’s where I found all the nasty stuff hiding. I was honestly worried I was making my cats sick. It had green mold inside all the nooks and crannies and also brown sludge. It took an hour to clean appropriately. I put new filters and filled it with fresh water and as soon as I plugged it in, tons of white slime started pouring out of the tap. I must’ve loosened all the ick inside and it was hiding in areas I couldn’t see to get to. It was gross. Now I’m paranoid about them drinking moldy water so I deep clean it once a week pulling apart the pump and everything. It seems that that’s what it requires for it to be safe.

My downstairs neighbor smokes. Bought this for that exact reason as I just recently moved in. The smoke smell is unbearable and this does NOT help the smoke smell. I let it run for 8hrs + while I was at work and came back to the same smelly cigarettes

You have the peddles on the wrong sides. Just like a bicycle, each peddle has a different thread, to stop them from unscrewing. Simply change the peddles over.

We just sent Tractive a email asking for a full refund on 3 trackers and 3 subscriptions as they are a really bad company for customer service. And if your in a forest forget it you cant track anything. This company has zero phone support and zero live chat and will put one price on facebook and another price on the website and refuse to price match the difference telling you to send everything back and you pay shipping for a full refund and buy again lol. So after two weeks of nothing but BS from them and really bad customer service as it took them five days to respond to a question. And when you get a email back all they did is talk in circles so we asked for a full refund as they act like a HOOD RAT company. So after more homework on dog trackers we moved to a Germin GPS dog tracker as its better quality and not overpriced subscriptions and they have real customer service. Yes garmin is more money to buy but yearly subscription is way less by over $100. And Garmin is way less BS and its not like dealing with Tractive the hood rat poor customer support company. I expect I will have to put in a complaint with the BBB on Tractive as they are that bad so I expect to have to fight to get our money back after 2 weeks of owning their crap I cant recommend them at all if you want a inch of customer support or want to track your dogs in a forest. Your really overpaying for the subscription with Tractive and after a few weeks I really hate this so called company as they have put us though so much BS. DO not buy from Tractive they are so bad with customer service and rip people off.
