Since you did this video 1year ago today, the 18 of December, 2024 is the time i was fortunate to view my area Rokupa New Road which i have left for the past 3 decades and seeing the new face of developed community with its unbelievably well constructed and beautiful building just made me overwhelm with joy and happiness. How ever, i am happy that i am currently constructing one of the best buildings in the community at Conteh Drive where my home is located. Thank you so much for an educative and very interesting video. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos and may God bless you.

I'm not impressed at all. We keep on making the same mistakes in new planning in new towns and cities. There are no proper sidewalks, narrow vehicular roads that are rarely demarcated, blocked gutters with rubbish, substandard building codes and degradation of our forestry hills and mountains around the peninsula...
