Glad for Labanc, figured he’d land on his feet. He’s got a great shot, but definitely needs good partners to play with. He doesn’t really drive play, but definitely a good complementary player… sharks didn’t have the quality of players to surround him.

I need to firmly shake the hand of the artist behind Marty and Clemmensen's masks. Gritty but clean, simple but badass. Imo most modern masks overdo it. Only one in recent history that really blew me away is Markstrom's skull backup mask. Edit: And now just looking at it, Markstrom's mask while he was on the Flames. Idk if Mark hit up the same artist or if Mark just has really f*cking good taste.

Had a great preseason, probably earned an NHL contract, but i wouldn't be upset if the Devils didn't get him. Great shot, reminds me of Holtz, but his defense is suspect. I'd expect the Devils to offer what they can, but don't go breaking the bank because of preseason numbers.

Between LeBlanc and Hanolem.....who's got the better shot at getting a real shot in the Show? I predict that Jack Hughes will lead the Devils in points wirh 88 (37g 51a), and that's if he plays in all (or almost all) of the games. I think he overachieved in the 22-23 season.

My prediction before the Hischier draft when we got the #1 pic was a Stanley Cup by 2025 it still stands and I think we get it done 22 years in the making. I hope #47 blasts the opponents like an AK47...but Idk, Ace...I am hoping for a great season, and a deep playoff run...but idk....we have A LOT of summer rust to shake off. Hoping its just some growing pains under a new coach...but, after last season, I have the mindset of no expectations, no let downs.

I think with we play really good Defense with this upgrade it will fuel our high power potential offense

Generally reasonable, I think the Cotter one is a little pie in the sky, but he's gonna be a great player. I really think that fourth line is going to be insane, it might end up being the best fourth line, or close to it, in the NHL. It leaked after this posted but Jack Hughes apparently spilled that Casey *will* Debut tomorrow vs Buffalo, I'm curious what you think he's going to do this season. Personally, I think this is a stint, I think he gets a handful of games and then goes to the AHL with a full game plan on what to work on. That's not a slight on him ofc, and the way he's been playing I wouldn't be surprised if he stays on the roster all season. Other than that, yeah I could easily see this team making an ECF or even straight winning a Cup, but I think they've got a good playoff run in them this year.

As a fan I say we should all have no expectations and just let them play hockey lol
