I don't think this is LS. That's definitely not Ronnie's voice, and Rossington wouldn't have been that good on slide yet. He said he was still learning when Freebird was written around 1971. Doubtful Allen played it either.

I love that Gary and Alan were two different styles of guitarist, but yet they put together in my opinion the best rock music ever made

This is really a cool moment and heartbreaking, I know people wouldn’t agree with me, but I wish that the farewell tour or reunion didn’t happen and the memory stayed here

No wonder Duane told them to write their songs--the way Ronnie and Gary and Al!en showed them up. As far as the quality of the recording'--WOW. My guess is the bootlegger had experience. I wish the Hendrix boots sounded half as good. We owe the boot legger.

That’s Gary’s 59 named after his mother Berniece, he puts a 12guage elictrical wire at the first fret same as he does his sg so it doesn’t fret out, after his slide part he takes it out and plays rythum while Allen whales away

Anyone else notice.... Charlie Daniels and his bass player..... Who obviously didn't really learn the song. Blew the 3 chords going into the solo section... Didn't do the stops in the middle of the solo .... And left out that amazing bass guitar buildup at the end of the solo section.... I'm afraid there will never ever be another band like the original version of LSB .... RIP

This must have been hard for these guys, trying to carry on only 2 years after that horrific crash that left most of them seriously injured & broken. And losing their brother, leader & mentor RVZNow it's just Artimus left from that era. Rock On with Ronnie boys, RIP you'll all be remembered.
