I won this at a work party and didn't need to use it until today. I separated my batch to mix and after 2 batches it stopped working. First try and it stopped working. 🤦‍♀️

I am also facing same issue. I connected it but not working. It is a new product never used. I am disappointed with the quality.

The Securimax works perfectly ( been using one since years ) but it needs a little adaptation to use: 1 - Lay the can upright on a hard flat surface, 2 - place the can opener horizontally over the "Nutrition facts" label, 3 - With a little down force applied on the opener, start rotating the handle ( notice for lefties: handle must be turned clockwise ), 4 - STOP rotating as soon as the can had made a full rotation (hence my label reference here). Also, you will feel far less resistance in rotation. Over-rotating the opener may create very fine sharp steel splinters... 5 - Reverse rotation to release the can. But it is by far better than other can openers. No blade contact with the contents, no sharp edges, container may be reclosed to store small objects afterwards using a simple rubber band. One weak point: It won't open some all-aluminum cans.

Does anyone have any idea where to buy the blender cups online? My blender cup broke and I am looking for a replacement cup.

While the pusher _is_ the deal-breaker, it's also a stupid idea to position it front to back or back to front during a cut. It needs to be done side to side so that the wrist is completely outside the range of the blade. In the very least, going horizontal means the pressure is steady and even.

I was almost about to buy this but I watched this video and decided against it. I have never seen a cucumber that small before. So cucumbers would be out. Potatoes would surely be out also. Onions would be out to unless you chop them first... defeats the purpose :) I can't think of anything I would use this on. Maybe double the size of the cutting at least get a cucumber in it. I did like the how you make the thickness of the vegetables larger or smaller. Simple is better in my books I'll wait for the next generation.

Could not get my blender to snap into the base...so frustrating!!!!! then I watched a video where a smart lady takes cup off of the bottom blade part and snaps that part into the base quite easily, turns the base upside down and puts cup into place...and it works!!!!

The back of mine where the Tabs are looks completely different. So far I can only make SLICES of potatoes, no FRIES. I'm hoping that customer service can advise me as to what is going wrong.

This is ideal for any ingredient for which stability isn't an issue (especially cheese or carrots). If you want to make sticks or onion slices, you want the Pump-N-Slice vertical mandoline instead. Not for wide, long, or high ingredients.

I just don't get how to slice thicker sticks. I can only do thin juliennes. I know, I probably need to play with the back, but dunno how to. 🥴

I've actually owned another Fry Cutter with a second blade. The eight-by-eight setting bombed miserably, while the six-by-six delivered consistent results. An integrated Onion Chopper will make for an amazing cubing experience you just can't get even with the otherwise-valuable Pro Mandoline.

Have you ever thought about calling this the Easy-Pro? For anyone that hates the Easy Mandoline, this could be a game changer.

The container is the only roadblock to a sure-fire win for this baby. If you're trying to make latkes (potato pancakes in the vein of the McCain Hash Browns), use the julienne and thin slice settings. Otherwise, this mandoline will only get you the fast-food cut of sticks.

Your 3 in 1 Multipurpose Cutter and Cuber would work just as well. The flip top is a hazard waiting to happen.

This is much better than the Tupperware Time Savers mandoline. I can fit my entire hand into the slots of the guider with plenty of room to move around. For beginners or lower-mobility users, try the Easy Mandoline or the Pump & Slice vertical.

I love electric mandolines. I have to replace mine due to leaving a situation that was unhealthy, but they are hard to find.

Hey guys, so i bought this product but i have a question, the handle isnt staying in the lid. Is there any lock that is in the lid ? Like when the start using it, the handle comes out. What could be the reason?
