Building Enyimba Plaza, pt 9: An Ultra-modern Mini Shopping Complex in Aba, Nigeria
Part 10 of a mini series showing the construction of Enyimba Plaza - an ultra-modern shopping complex in Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. In this video, we continue plastering, tiling, electrical fixtures, painting, and other finishing works of the ground floor interiors. We also install the main entrance gate plus 2 emergency exit gates at the perimeter of the building. This is the penultimate episode of the first phase of the build. The last one will be the final reveal of the finished ground floor, ready for letting.

Sir, how many rods and cement were used for the casting?
Up to completing the decking was 1300 bags of cement but that was because the foundation alone took 700 bags - a lot more than normal. As for the rods, I’ll have to get back to you on that.
