To me, this is one of the best gimmicks ever. Absolutely batshit crazy promos and good acting. If handled well, and 5 years earlier, we might've had Waylon up there in top 20's with Jake the Snake and Undertaker. Spivey is a legend!

Born and raised Southerner here in South Carolina in my 40's. He pretty much summed up a Southern picnic at this time frame accurately.

We needed more movie parody characters in the WWF, like a Jeff "Dude" Lebowski, a Jerry from Fargo guy, the Frog brothers from the lost boys to defeat Gangrel, so many missed opportunities
