@@sainttan I totally agree with you. The thing is, you never know when and what you will regret in future. At least it’s like this with me. Back in 2015-2016, when G1 were still on shelves I didn’t buy them, even though I had just started to earn my own money and could afford them, I passed on them because I decided to “ban mattel” for making G2. 😆 HOW MUCH I regret not buying Boo York when they were on clearance and you could get 3 for the price of one, or Great Scarier Reef for 5$ each!!! Now they cost much more and finding fullset is more difficult. The same happened with Pennywise and Grady Twins, I missed them at the release and after was debating whether I should pay resellers or no and in the end had to pay much more for them, thankfully not as much as they go by now, but still not the retail. So now for me, I try to follow the strategy If I have money for the doll I’ll get it, if I fully don’t like her, I will leave her until maybe I’ll meet someone who truly loves her and sell to them. Sometimes you can appreciate the doll only when you hold it in your hands and sometimes only over time. 😁

@@pelusadoll I’m saying not about the rerelease of the character (I mean, Ghoulia has many), I’m saying about the rerelease of the exact doll. The same for example I feel about Ever After High Sdcc Raven, who got a rerelease.

Yeah, I mean many of the new ones look less interesting than those that were 10-12 years ago, but cost much more. I would understand them producing dolls less often, but making them better in quality and truly “nostalgic”, and I mean, I assume there are sooooooo many lines that they created but scraped, they could release them, they could release background characters or looks of main ones, that were in the movie but didn’t get dolls. But it’s all theory, I guess. After all Mattel is a company that cares more about money than fans, and dolls are being sold out in seconds, so, why would they bother to do better.😂

I get it about prices, they are crazy now, especially if you are outside US… Scarpers fully infected Monster High fandom, which is sad. You can find old Barbie dolls or other brands by a reasonable price, but prices on MH are something. A good thing about them though, that you can have a small collection and it will still look completed and beautiful, as dolls match very well, you can also just limit yourself to 1-2 good lines as MH managed to make them very well-thought and finished. ✨

It’s the greatest feeling when you are getting the first doll! Especially when you waited for her for such a long time! My congratulations!❤️❤️❤️

My the first MH dolls were Signature Lagoona and Clawdeen, gifted to me at the same time back in 2011 new year eve. Also going to record a video about it, hehe About the line, I am quite basic here, Ever After High. I also have big collection of them, but no fool to display properly. I do collect other dolls, I have Barbican Collector, BJDs, Disney, Kurhn, several Hot Toys figures, but I can’t really say that I love these lines so wholeheartedly, as I do MH/EAH, just some dolls. Thank you! My collection is a 14 years way. I’ve started not being able to get at least one doll, and now I have something that I is so incredible and stunning! Hope the same to you! Everything is possible!💙

I totally agree! I can’t really understand the reason why they can’t return to the old screening, if it’s their decision or they have any rules about it. I mean, some Skullectors look VERY similar to old screening, as well as Prototypes, yes.

It would be amazing to get a 3-pack, but something tells me it’s only in our dreams.😢 I also adore Scarsh’s prototype look, I think they could at least release her bomber separately as they did with Manny.

You can check ebay, groups on Facebook like “Fairyland Lovers Sales” and other places. The only thing you shouldn’t do - search on AliExpress, it’s full of recasts.
