      When you create a new SLA you get to choose topics on which you can create SLA, the topics are present in the form of a ticket subject or category. You can link single or multiple topics with the SLA. For this, you can create a new SLA plan under which you can find the option " When ticket satisfied these conditions" where you can choose the topic

      Hello Jacob. When you go to the security option, click on 2-Step Verification under How you sign in to Google and scroll down to the bottom to find the "App Passwords" option. Now Google has made some UI changes which is why it was not showing.

      First enable 2-Step Verification by entering and verifying your mobile number. After the 2 Step has been turned on, click on the arrow on the right side of 2-step Verification, scroll to the bottom and you will find the App Password Option. You will not see this option without enabling 2 Step verification.
